    I love your vids I truly do but one thing I've noticed is in the config files you always have Nvidia Reflex disabled. Why is that? Do you enable it in the Nvidia Control panel? Or do you have that off as well? Wouldn't we get less latency with on or even on+boost?

    • @Beefy-Tech
      @Beefy-Tech  9 месяцев назад

      I keep it disabled because Nvidia low reflex latency only helps in GPU bound scenerio's, and seeing as warzone 2 has been CPU bound forever now, its best for it to be off.
      Ontop of that, even multiplayer occasionally dips gpu usage due to explosions and effects, but on multiplayer it'd be fine to run reflex overall.

    Hey! Just also bought the 7800x3d and 4090 combo, still waiting for some parts to come to actually build the new setup, but I saw a few videos that say that 7800x3d is good for AVG FPS and better than the i9 14900k, but much worse at 1% lows which supposedly translate to stuttering in rapid movement scenarios. Is this the case? Did I make a mistake while choosing the CPU, for context I could have gone for the 14900k but wanted to save a few $.

      No you made the right decision…. Now you need 7200mhz CL34-44-44-84 1.4v by team group.
      These are intel sticks but they still work on my set up because my motherboard can handle it.
      If you didn’t get a motherboard yet then get this board “ aorus elite pro ax ice “.
      You will not be disappointed.
      disclaimer - if you decide to take my advice on the ram & motherboard then make sure you have low latency support & band width support turned on.
      Most people that benchmark hardware don’t know what they are doing.
      This guy on the other hand knows what he is doing. Especially if he’s getting those results.
      It’s a combination of settings & tweaks you have to do to achieve that kind of performance

    • @Beefy-Tech
      @Beefy-Tech  9 месяцев назад +1

      That's a smart way of doing it, and I actually haven't tried it.
      The current issue I am facing with the 7950x3d, is that even when things are seemingly working perfectly, the first ccd gets saturated and the workload bleeds over into 1 or 2 cores of the second ccd. Process lasso helps against this...but funnily enough whatll happen is that upon first ccd becoming saturated, if it sees the game is forced on 0-15 affinity, it selects windows + background tasks to bleed over instead on second ccd😂
      It's an issue I encountered fairly rarely, but i encountered it nonetheless. I'm going to try that and see how it holds up.

      Next tip - while your playing call of duty, look at how high the core clock goes before it hits peak temps before the core clock drops.
      When you figure it out. Then do -300 on the core clock.
      Then set the highest frequency that you saw in game with a mv of 900.
      Keep setting a lower mv with the same frequency until call of duty crashes.
      when it keeps crashing. go back so msi afterburner & lower the frequency by 45-50. when you get it stable then rince & repeat

      Man, this is the first cod beta where I felt like the character in the game was an extension of my mind...like...if I want to do something, be it insanely fancy movement or crazy shots, the game doesn't bottleneck my reaction times! It's not flawless, as occasionally an auto mantle or vault delay still gets me killed in a way that's out of my control, but otherwise, it's better than the previous 3 cods combined!
      I fully hope they integrate the boots that help you slide fast as fu*k while also being able to full ADS in Warzone also, as that made the close range gameplay 10x better in multiplayer.

      For a casual ultra settings are fine. For a sweat even the slightest advantage is a must, and boy oh boy 350+ FPS is an insane advantage for mouse and keyboard where response times and motion fluidity matters.

      @@-Rizecek- I didn't say I couldn't fry on 120-144hz/fps, I just said that bigger number of FPS is better, which objectively is a fact, and I recommend you upgrade your monitors refresh rate to 270/360hz, and then try to daily a 120-144hz monitor again...everything will feel sluggish and slow after 270-360hz.
