David Lucas was born in Macon, GA. He started acting an early age, performing in numerous stage plays at the Macon Little Theatre. He relocated to Hollywood where he was a contestant on, “MTV Yo Momma”. He has since written for several television shows and continues to perform stand up all over the country (for such comedians as Louis CK, Erik Griffin, Joe Rogan, Brendan Schaub, Tony Hinchcliffe, Bert Kreisher, DL Hughley and many more) He is a regular on Kill Tony. The fact that Bill Burr would dodge the club sometimes just because some days he didn't feel like dealing with Patrice's onslaught says how ruthless it was back then. Jim was tempered in the fire for sure.

Norton is getting older but still has one of the quickest wits around and survived the NY scene when roasting was just for fun with the greatest roasters of all time Patrice, Giraldo and Di Paolo. Why did Whitney and Bert cut it off so soon? Wish Lucas went after Whitney when they did that.

His Machine story is incredible, even if it's probably embellished for comedic purposes. He's just a likeable guy who wants to please everyone, like a big happy dog. If you don't like him, you're probably not a dog person. And may be jealous of likeable people. He's still probably 7/10 funny but he's a solid entertainer
