I shall definitely be buying this book. My sister is a 'Christian' and yet refuses to hear ant criticism of Israel. She does not know the facts and she does not want to know the facts. When I attempt to explain what is going on she thinks I am lying. throws her toys out of the pram and looses her temper and yet she is an intelligent and educated woman. Sadly we now rarely speak. Perhaps this book will explain how she came to be so brainwashed
Perhaps you need to look in the mirror. Maybe it is you who has been brainwashed. We all live in times when propaganda has become an art of deception. The only defense against it is unbiased, purified logical thinking and honest comparative research. Try it, and you will see the difference.
I’m sorry this happened with your sister. It’s hard to have a close relationship with someone who thinks you’re lying ie ‘deceived’ about Palestine/Israel. My mother was like this. It destroyed our relationship. I wouldn’t bring up the topic, but my mother would, and because I couldn’t agree with her she became angry and upset. It affected many of her relationships. She became a Christian Evangelical in her 70’s and it was downhill for the whole family from then onwards. Crazy that so many people worldwide have this blind support for Israel.
