- Using the 953 to push out a quarter mile fence row and several of the trees were 3ft in diameter Post Oaks. The 953 didn't have any problems with the big oaks and I was able to stack them nice and tight.
MAN!!! I've said it several times before and guess I won't stop but "953" is a TOTAL BEAST! I also watch "UPSTATE BRUSH CONTROL" and "AUGUST HUNICKE" (arborist) and here comes YOU & the 953 to take all their places (well almost!) Nice job, BUDDY!!!
Lol…Thanks Sonny!
bOY i LIKE THAT 953, I had 963C and ended up selling it cause I got pulled in a different direction but I regret it totally regret it and will get another one ..this is motivation
Yeah, they are amazing! It’s my go to machine and couldn’t imagine not having one. Appreciate ya watching!
WOW! That DOUBLE you brought up at 43min looked like it was about to TAKE the ground INCLUDING what the "953C" and YOU were on!!! Sleep well after days like this!
Lol, yeah they left some big ole holes for sure! Thanks Sonny!!
Nice. Super, gut cat 953!!! super power
Thanks!
Thanks for your videos, you are my go to channel when I need a good fix of 953 action!! Cheers 👍
Lol! Thanks buddy!
Larry, that’s a wood pile… the brush is just a garnishment on the top… kinda like parsley! If I was a few years younger and didn’t already have 5 dump truck loads of logs to deal with… I’d buzz those logs up and get them to the mill.
The black jack didn’t look like it had much lumber but those black oaks and white oaks looked premium. I harvested a black oak log from a fence row several years ago. The lumber above the fence had a lot of staining and Wild figure in it. I made a bedroom suite out of it. Just wish I had photos… they were lost in a computer crash!
Nice job all the way around… leaving the fence post was a nice finishing touch!!!
Thanks Dave! Yeah, I hate piling up those big ole trees like that. Lots of waist there but hopefully someone will come along and cut the wood out of them.
I normally have a logger that I work with come and cut trees like this. However, with the wire growing into them like that he won’t sacrifice his saws (don’t blame him). I thought about cutting logs above the wire and having them sawed for trailer floors. But shoot, I had a couple post oaks cut for floors going on three years ago and still have put them on the trailers yet.🤦♂️. The termites might of ate them up by now.
Nice job DoubleD. Those oaks came out a lot easier than the locust trees did in your other videos.
Yes they did buddy! Thanks!!
Some big root balls and a great video 👍
Yes they were. Lots of big holes to fill back in too. Thanks Willard!
Love those dang old track loaders
Me too Frank! Thanks!
Nice skills on that machine!
Thanks!
Well sir, I see you have an audience again, I swear, cattle have more curiosity than a cats, they seem to have come outta nowhere. That 953 has got some power that’s for sure, but the operator makes the power work, I’ve witnessed machines with good power to be virtually worthless because the operator couldn’t use it to his advantage, and conversely I’ve seen good operators, such as yourself, do some amazing work with underpowered machines. Good machines coupled with good operators, that’s what makes it happen. The ground has to nearly rock hard for the tracks to break loose like they were on concrete.thanks for the ride along sir, good content.
Thanks again Terry! You always have kind thing to say and you’ve stuck with me for a long time. I really appreciate that!
I agree, you could have a D11 and with an inexperienced operator you might as well save fuel and have a D3. Thanks again buddy!
Oh man, another great video! That's so fun watching this beast take out them trees. Bad day to be a tree lol. Love it man.
Thanks!
@@Dirtdaddy953 Iove watching big trees get bulldozed. So fun seeing the power of them machines. Gave me a hell of a chubby hahaha
@@jayj6008 Lol! Yeah those machines are amazing. Thnaks!
That 953 ain’t nothing but the truth!.. 👊🏻💪🏼
Yes sir!!
WHEN I SEEN THE BLACK JACK. I WAS LIKE THIS DUDE IS FROM ARKANSAS OR OKLAHOMA. I HATE THOSE THINGS. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS THOUGH.. THANKS
Lol...close! Yeah a pretty worthless tree other than for shade. Thanks, I appreciate you supporting the channel!
@@Dirtdaddy953 must be missouri then.ha.. im from salem arkansas. theres only three states that i know of that have them nasty trees
You would be correct....SW Missouri!😂😂
i would rather push out trees with a track loader with the ground a little drier than a little wet. Things works rite when that ground is just rite. Good Video.
I agree. But, our ground down south here can turn into concrete and won’t let the trees go sometimes and they’ll break off. Then, that sucks trying to dig a stump out like I had to a couple videos ago. Thanks buddy!
Looking good Larry! Good thing you had an undercarriage put on lol those old slick tracks would have made those big trees even tougher to get out
Yes sir! The new tracks made a huge difference. Much better at pushing. Thanks!
A comment for your algorithm.
Thanks!
I hate seeing fence line trees taken down - they provide shade for the cows and act as a wind break and support small game and song birds. We used to hunt the fence rows for rabbit and pheasant to put food on the table. Not to mention that trees pull carcon dioxide out of the air and generate oxygen. Don't farmers understand the benefits?
I hate it too! But, he is a cattle farmer and the new fences are to help improve his herd/income and to make sure the cattle didn't get out onto the highway. He's not one to just randomly clear out the trees, he understands how they provide shade (and he needs that), but he needed that security. Thanks Jeff!
The trees has no changes the 953 is a big beast
Yeah, it does real well on trees! Thanks Gordon!
What a waste of good firewood and saw logs!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, we tried to get someone to come out and cut them for firewood but they wouldn't.
As far as logs go, most all of them had wire grown into them and my normal logger wouldn't cut them because of that. I hate pushing big oaks into a pile but had no choice. If they didn't have wire in them I would of had him come out and cut the logs out like he normally does.
Haven’t ever heard such rubbish
