- Clearing out a bunch of brush and trees for a in order to get a modular home in. Also will be hauling in several loads of clay to build up a driveway access so they can even get the home to the site!

I know the feeling about trying to work with something that is almost worn out. Good to get as much work done as possible before replacing your drive parts. There aren't too many track loaders in use anymore it seems.

Lol…there’s three or four that are loose. Not enough bolt head left to tighten. Hope to put new on before long. Yes, they are awesome machines!
That 953 sure needs new shoes but that's high dollar.

Looks good every tree clearing project has its challenges. Are you going to run the uc till it fails or till between seasons. I know I might have a lull before harvest is over I might get mine put on.

Believe that loader is better than a excavator
It’s faster than an excavator at clearing brush and trees and it’ll move a lot of dirt as well!
Ever wish you had a 963 or 973 for some jobs?
Ahh, sometimes! As far as tree and brush pushing goes not much difference between a 53 and 63. I’ve ran them both. A 73 is a big ole girl that is really heavy and uses lots of fuel. Not very practical in our area but I would sure like to operate one!😁

Kobelco 210, Cat 953C...I have the same machines. Do the same work. Do you find that the 953 is more efficient? You ever get on a place snd wish you had brought the SK210LC instead?
I have by far the most hours in a loader so I tend to lean that way. For a lot of things it is more efficient and faster. Ive been to several jobs that the excavator would of made things easier, but I’ve never felt I couldn’t complete the job with the loader.
