I'm So I glad I live up north with very little law enforcement officers and the ones we do have are great guys. There are two stop lights in our county and are an hour away from my home. Its gotten more people since the fires and covid. Lots of flatlanders bought or had homes here.
I got pulled over one time in my Bronco because “he heard my pipes” and it sounded like I was speeding from two streets over (I wasn’t, the truck was just loud). The officer said “you know I could write you a ticket for prudent speeding!?” I replied with “so you are going to write me a ticket because you think I might have been speeding?” He gave me my stuff back and told me to slow it down. I knew I could prove that I wasn’t speeding because there was not enough road to get over the speed limit in that truck from where I took off, and I’m pretty sure he knew it too.
Eff, you should tell the cop: "hello sir, I just imported this vehicle from Japan. I also spent $12k on my exhaust. Did you ask for my license or my autograph?" 😎
I believe a cop was fishing one day and pulled me over for some trim I had on my rear license plate. He said according to state law, you aren't suppose to cover your license plate. Every dealer sells you a license plate holder with their name on it.
@@AStanton1966 That's a very true ticket. Technically none of the text can be covered on your plate. In most cases if it's the bottom text that's covered you could be fine, but the top text with the state can easily result in a pullover.
In Australia I had a 3rd brake light issue with registering a 1990 vn commodore, mine was an 89 build but early 1990 compliance and the parcel tray in the rear window was flat, later 90 and 91 models of this car had a hump in the parcel tray to accommodate the brake light, had a hell of a time trying to explain this to the inspector, ended up giving up and installing a trunk spoiler that included the light because it was easier than arguing
I love how your car sounds fast yet it doesn’t go very quick. Reminds me of my first Honda Accord, I could put my foot to the floor and make a ton of noise and not worry about going to much over the speed limit. 😂
It just sucks that you admited to speeding at 3:59 I hope they dont use that against you. Hope you get that ticket thrown out and dont have to pay anything. Great videos you never disappoint.
I got basically the exact same ticket years ago. He gave me a "speeding beyond reason" ticket. Like you my exhaust was quite loud. I took it to court and the judge asked the officer how he determined I was speeding. The officer said he could tell by the tone of my exhaust I was speeding. I then told the judge 5k rpm in first gear and 5k rpm in 5th gear sound the same but my speeds would be drastically different. I explained I just pulled away from the light, which I did, and was going probably 25 mph. The judge threw the ticket out. The cop looked pissed. Lol.
“The reason why I’m pulling you over is because you were going way too fast” “Yes sir” That’s the dumbest answer you could have given him. You just admitted and he doesn’t have to prove you were actually speeding 🤦🏻♂️
As a Former Ga POST certified officer, I can say from my experience that is the pettiest traffic stop I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t have wasted my time on a damn exhaust. I had better things to worry about
Unless laws have changed i believe you do have a right to ask the cop to show you proof that you were speeding if he has nothing on his radar gun than going by a hunch will not hold up in a court Great videos bros!! I want that exhaust on my 1997 BMW 540i V8 6 speed
Zydecobro bro cops are trained to do independent speed estimation with the radar or laser being a backup to confirm their estimate so they can write just based on an observation of your speed
They don’t have to show you proof. I learned that the hard way and researched it after and realized I was wrong. Pretty dumb tho, we should be shown proof that it’s a legal stop.
They don't appreciate and thank for the ticket, since they are in America they are appreciating and thankful that the interaction has ended without them getting shot or otherwise jacked up by the thugs.

@@oledahl. ... WHAT OLE DAHL SAID..... TIMES INFINITI!!!!! There is not a vehicle of ANY KIND (including Saturn 5 Rocket Boosters) that creates dB's of 1000~ ● ~End!!!!
So yeah, somebody REALLY NEEDS to go back to the "school of audio sound waves" and learn a little about decibels, generated sound waves and sympathetic sound waves!!!
Because even on its best day, that Mercedes can't or won't generate any more then 110-120 dB., and while that is is enough to create the possibility of permanent ear damage, it certainly will not out do Sat.5 booster rockets that if memory serves me, was somewhere around 204 or 205 dB.!! That is stupid loud, and if within a 75 foot, perhaps more, and most definitely less as it works exponentially, will cause permanent ear damage with immediate bleeding!!!! I understand the point the guy is trying to make when saying that the Mercedes is loud, but there is a louder machine @1000 dB., but that, well that number needs to come down about 850 dB. to even be considered logical!!!
ANYWAY, KEEP ON KEEPING ON BROTHER NOISE MAKER!!!!!
PEACE 🤘🏼!!!!!

Obvious tactic to catch people in lies or conflicting answers to further be able to question you. Wake up. That wasn't hard to catch.
@Brett Collins Or just dont drink and drive?
I had water and juice. .ill take a redbull since your offering.
Its a tactic. They say a way to test if your friends are blackout drunk its to ask them the same question more then once and if they answer it the same or differently and never ask you why you keep asking the same question it means they are drunk
PlatinumG ok dude u need to wake up . It was an unlawful stop ( he was stopped for speed and wasn’t speeding ) and then the cop is basically trying to make a case where there is not one . Classic police state BS .
Your personality and how you are always laughing like me made me sub.

cop: "you were traveling at a high rate of speed"
driver: "yes sir"
you admitted guilt!
High rate of speed is subjective my high rate may not be your high rate.
@@SuperMauricem tell that to a judge, doesn't matter what you or I think it means. its what the cop tells the judge and the fact it was admitted/concurred with by the driver. they don't play that semantic b/s.
I agree with Maurice it's subjective and not an admission of guilt. It could mean getting mighty close to the speed limit. All it really admit is he was traveling faster than he can walk.
@@DavidStrchld hey if it were me and I had said "yes sir", I might try to argue that too, after the fact. But I would NEVER agree outright with anything a cop said I did. In this case it's the cops definition of "high rate of speed" that was agreed to.
@@wilbrown7247 I don't see it as after the fact, I hope a judge would not either. It was just what is it, an indeterminate speed that is higher than a low rate of speed. I still contend it means nothing in court.

so its been 8 months, is there an update as to the fighting the ticket ?
I love your laugh when the cop comes around the corner. Worth a like.
this is the video i have been waithing all my life for lmao
That ticket may as well be written out for “Smiling while driving”. Heinous crime
I'm So I glad I live up north with very little law enforcement officers and the ones we do have are
great guys. There are two stop lights in our county and
are an hour away from my home.
6:58 "My City" lol The city belongs to the people, brother.

Eff, you should tell the cop: "hello sir, I just imported this vehicle from Japan. I also spent $12k on my exhaust. Did you ask for my license or my autograph?" 😎
He was so appreciative of getting tickets😂😂
LOVE YOUR VIDS KEEP THEM COMING
The ticket was so made up. I never heard of a no third brake light law in any state. I have a E350 and I have no third brake light on mine.🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
Because most cops don't bother with it.
But that's considered a burnt light bulb if missing.
Burnt bulb
I believe a cop was fishing one day and pulled me over for some trim I had on my rear license plate. He said according to state law, you aren't suppose to cover your license plate. Every dealer sells you a license plate holder with their name on it.
@@AStanton1966 That's a very true ticket. Technically none of the text can be covered on your plate. In most cases if it's the bottom text that's covered you could be fine, but the top text with the state can easily result in a pullover.
They exist sir
It does sound like you are going at 120mph plus. No doubt about it.
High asl rn this too funny 😂
Yo this dude is so chill with getting a ticket
i wanted you to pull away from the cops valves open and the car SCREAMING
"in my city" lmao
In Australia I had a 3rd brake light issue with registering a 1990 vn commodore, mine was an 89 build but early 1990 compliance and the parcel tray in the rear window was flat, later 90 and 91 models of this car had a hump in the parcel tray to accommodate the brake light, had a hell of a time trying to explain this to the inspector, ended up giving up and installing a trunk spoiler that included the light because it was easier than arguing
I've never seen an auricle this smooth before.
LOL you're such a troll. Love it!
7:10 “my city” that’s absolutely disgusting. Cop should be reprimanded. It’s “our” city bud
I was expecting him to say "This city."
Dylan Baker *Soviet Anthem plays*
I love how your car sounds fast yet it doesn’t go very quick. Reminds me of my first Honda Accord, I could put my foot to the floor and make a ton of noise and not worry about going to much over the speed limit. 😂
I appreciated man, thank you, thank you! for the speeding ticket, thank you so much! very appreciated! LMFAO
LMAO I wonder if the cops have a pool back at the station as to who pulls Effspot over first? 😂

It just sucks that you admited to speeding at 3:59 I hope they dont use that against you. Hope you get that ticket thrown out and dont have to pay anything. Great videos you never disappoint.
We got you!! Stay tune for what should be a dismissal 🙏
Lol.
Yo I love you man!! For no reason. My soul just liked yours. Have a good one brotha!
"Im not gonna say I broke the speed limit" he says after doing 60 in a 25🤣
His speedometer is in Kilometers per hour
“The reason why I’m pulling you over is because you were going way too fast”
“Yes sir”
That’s the dumbest answer you could have given him. You just admitted and he doesn’t have to prove you were actually speeding 🤦🏻♂️
I know that really annoyed me
I think he just didn’t wanna argue and wanted to just dispute the ticket in court or something.
just LOVE that sound! like an old F1 car!
Reminds me of my R3. We straight piped it and now it’s so loud but barely moves
As a Former Ga POST certified officer, I can say from my experience that is the pettiest traffic stop I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t have wasted my time on a damn exhaust. I had better things to worry about
This Tyrant said my city..... peasant is hilarious.....
Lol exactly didn't look like his city a couple weeks ago
Lmaoo that exhaust though 🤣🤣💀👌
that cop was *baffled*
Unless laws have changed i believe you do have a right to ask the cop to show you proof that you were speeding if he has nothing on his radar gun than going by a hunch will not hold up in a court
Great videos bros!! I want that exhaust on my 1997 BMW 540i V8 6 speed
Zydecobro bro cops are trained to do independent speed estimation with the radar or laser being a backup to confirm their estimate so they can write just based on an observation of your speed
@@OutEastLI thats dumb
it is fine. speeding ticket is probably cheaper and easier to fight than other kind of tickets
They will use the "I paced you" bs
They don’t have to show you proof. I learned that the hard way and researched it after and realized I was wrong. Pretty dumb tho, we should be shown proof that it’s a legal stop.
when your so early the video says "no views"
“Ladies and gentlemen”😂
Are there pictures of the aformentioned exhaust, is it a single equal length straight tube for every cylinder?
“Have you had anything to drink tonight” say it again

My 1991 MR2 RHD has a 3 brake light. Never been stopped for it though
the dude making the keychains with the e28 is my hero
Why do people always say “I appreciate it “while they are getting a ticket ? lol
They don't appreciate and thank for the ticket, since they are in America they are appreciating and thankful that the interaction has ended without them getting shot or otherwise jacked up by the thugs.
“mY cItY” No worries mate 🤣🤣🤣
You were so appreciative and thankful for him to write you some bullshit tickets and intimidation tactics. He even said it was "No problem!"
