@@toddschlicher I’d definitely consider being cuffed and tossed into the back of a cruiser for an hour and a half and pulling up to the station to be an arrest. Detaining is more like the questioning leading up to the comment, since they technically aren’t allowed to leave i.e detained.

Did the cop know he was in the wrong and didn’t think he was as big of a youtuber when they saw the camera?
