    This is something I already knew but didn't know how to word it. People say I'm wasting time because I'm always on my PC and RUclips, but I probably know how to do a wider variety of things than most people. I really want to share this, so I'll probably show it to my mom and little sister, as my family is home-schooled.

    “Illusion of knowledge”
    After watching many of your videos in the past few weeks. I watched a lot.
    I feel like I got to this “Illusion of knowledge”
    I got addicted to watching you listening and super focused that I wanted more and more and more to the point that I can’t stop ✋
    Few weeks past and I’m still the same. All that information I consumed entered my brain 🧠 and …. I loved them understand them completely felt them but …. I didn’t take actions I guess. Not enough. I keep coming back every day to watch more.
    I’m reflecting in my head but not implementing in my day.
    I’m sharing them tho.
    Today for example I talked with my 2 sisters for 3 hours about you Chris and how much informations I learned from your RUclips videos in the past few days. They loved what I said about you and ask me to send the links. Same goes to a friend of mine few days ago. Shared with him some info, he loved them and wanted to know more.
    Still, I feel so guilty from inside that I’m not implementing. I’m not leveling up.
    I keep come back to watch more.

    yep, in terms of articulation, I also noted that speaking and discussing things with others brings in more ideas, that you could not have thought of. That's not because others bring in (which is also true), but sometimes just because you started speaking and thoughts kinda start running and then, boom, a whole new level.

    Thanks you for this class, I am aiming to become a freelancer Graphic Designer and this is just what I needed to hear. You really made me think about how my thought process and how it all works inside my head, about how much information I consume per day and how much I should observe (and now that I think about it observe myself)

    Wisdom = experience + reflection. Without an experience, we can't reflect. So we need to try ideas out (trial + error) and when we do it we need to ask ourselves, what did i learn? what can i avoid? how did i grow? what can i do better? Try everything that interests you to the best of your ability and become a master of reflection to keep improving. Each experience helps you grow and lessens fear.
    When you learn something, reflect back on it before doing anything else.

    The new whiteboard session is awesome! My takeaway was learning how to diagnose the five ingredients that make an art piece

    Your insights into 21st century learning fit precisely with the fifty-or-so century connevtion between learning, liberty, and leadership that I found in Faulkner University's PhD in Great Books. Kudos on promoting these next level learning hacks and applying them for today. A great quote that guides my work with prison education is Bacon's "reading maketh a full man, conference a ready man, and writing and exact man." The better quality information learners take in, the more meaningful and satisfying conversations with others who've taken in the information will be ... and the intellectual property creation that shares with the world what's they've realized. You're doing good work, Chris. Keep it up and trust good follows good. Blessings -Jeff

    I am a self learner even though I have a degree in engineering. I am now doing social media engagement, building websites, & doing cybersecurity work for my clients. I have built my skills past my engineering career & can now serve my clients with the services they need. I will take on any new challenging project, learn it, then deliver the results. I love to now teach others what I have learned.

    Wisdom = Experience + Reflection
    Experience = Trial + Error
    Reflection = Asking yourself
    According to the equation, wisdom is the manifestation of your self-learning and self-implementing.
    Great content wait... Gold content by the way. Your loyal fan from Philippines.

      great summary. I just tweeted parts of your comment. Reflective activity is an
      intentional endeavor to discover specific connections between something we do and the
      consequences which result. Reflection provides the methodology that will translate experiences into cognitive and effective knowledge.
