Wow. I have lots of stories pertaining to this. Great song and interpretation. Bought a new Alpine tape deck. Installed all the good speakers. Went to get the release this Pearl Jam cassette. Before car subwoofers and before nice car audio was a thing. I had it all. And didn’t know it. Early 90s..time was mostly good.
The audio here is a live track with Matt Chamberlain filling in on drums (I find it funny that he only played five shows with them, but still made it in the video for one of their biggest songs ever). I tend to always like live versions better, but I have to give a plug to the studio version because I think it has one of the best guitar solos ever put on a recording (by McCready).

He was around 28 here. You've heard perl jam before, just might not have realized it was them.
