Its a great song man. The pixies had critical acclaim but never the commercial success they deserved. Very influential band

One of the great songs of the 20th century. They had other great songs, but nothing tops this - partially because it’s a high water mark in music in general. It wasn’t their biggest hit, but not many bands/groups/artists have a better song than this no matter what.

No guitarist has that much passion, power and skill. Had the privilege and honour to see him performing at the Glasgow carling academy many years ago. My jaw hit the floor Watching him. No one, and I mean no one, has that much passion and ability to stir the soul like Gary Moore. And being 61 years young. And having "being around the block afew times" I think know what I'm talking about. We will never see another like him. Period. And shame on those so called guitar "experts" who rank him so low. You wouldn't know real talent if it bit you in the arse.

Van Gogh was a tortured artist, a tortured man, whose art was rejected repeatedly. His brother Theo loved him dearly, and tried to help him by sending him money and art supplies. The Van Gogh family were actually fine art dealers, so Theo knew his worth and tried to promote it, but their parents though Vincent was disgraceful and uncouth in his behavior-due to manic depression, with bouts of delusion and psychosis-so they wrote him off. A very sad, tragic story. But the most incredible paintings!
