Irving sold that hit out of bounds really well at :15 seconds left. Shocked they didn’t get that call. Oregon played too cute and this was UW Super Bowl. Having a solid FG kicker is underrated in college.

Appreciate the highlights getting put up but wish you would’ve shown the drama with the end of the game with the clock. I was at work when it looked like a kid from Oregon faked or exaggerated an injury and magically got the clock to stop, was hoping to get the context from highlights but ESPN obviously didn’t have an even or extended cut omitted it
That's exactly what it looked like to me - a fake "cramp" to give UO an extra time out. The clock had stopped because UO got a first down. Typically an injury like that at that stage of the game would cause the 10-second run-off and the game would have been over. But because of the first down/chain moving clock-stoppage there was no run-off.
Infuriating and ridiculous, but luckily UW still pulled off the win!

But if it was converted wouldn’t it be a completely different story? What if when they had chosen to go for it they converted and it led to a score and won them the game? Wouldn’t it then be considered a great decision? It isn’t the coaches fault for making a bad decision, it’s the execution and they didn’t execute so they deserved to turn the ball over to Washington

Arkansas lost to Liberty,
Vanderbilt and Rice both won!!!.

any team CAN beat another team,
at any time.
So again I say,

Washington's play calling was just as bad. Why did the Huskies run the ball when they were first and goal at the Ducks 1/2 yard line? They should of just ran the ball.

Huskies will always be gritty no matter the opponent
No defense being played here and this is the results of that.
The reason why the huskies could not convert on those third downs and short the offensive line was atrocious blocking number 71 looked like he thought they were running a different play . He runs outside and doesn’t block a single duck defender not a one . I don’t know why they try all these trap blacks with the Huskies offensive linemen. They can barely block straight ahead but when they have to move guarantee one or two of their offensive linemen wIll completely miss blocking someone and forget running a screen . You’ll will not get any blocking from the offensive linemen on a screen play either they will just run down the field and I swear I have seen them run right by a defender without so. Much as a move to block at all.

Oregon could have won I am pretty sure if they hadn't fumbled on the one yard line. Then again, they may not have been in desperation mode the whole game if they'd made that touchdown.
UW could have won by a larger margin if they hadn't thrown a pick at the goal line.

Michael Penix Jr. took the air out of ESPN'S sail! If the Huskies would've lost, they were going to align the Penix Jr. interception with Russell Wilson's interception against the Patriots in the 2015 Super Bowl! lol Now the only highlight they can run in the ground is Oregon's failed attempt on 4th and 1 in their own territory

A one loss PAC 12 champion could still make it if TCU lost the big 12 title and the Ohio state Michigan game is a blowout. That doesn’t seem likely though.

That's why USC is leaving that dumb conference. They're the only conference to have 12 teams and dumb enough to play 9 conference games. The SEC has 14 teams but only play 8 so they literally miss half the conference. Then they schedule cupcakes in November when teams like USC play Two Rivalry games.
Yeah too bad Oregon lost. It would've been fun to see them try and hang with a good SEC team, say maybe like Georgia? Oh wait

Yeah at this point all the pac-12 teams are basically of playoff contention unless the ones ranked higher somehow lose the rest of their games. USC could still sneak in but a lot will have to happen in order for that to occur

That one play should have been an Oregon interception. He had the ball in his possession and was down by contact. The play is dead at that point. Oregon football.
Portland resident, UW fan here…UO got screwed on that last drive IMO. Should have got that late hit out of bounds call and had the illegal touching call waived. Either one of these calls puts the ducks in FG range.
UW fan here. I agree with you on the late hit but not the illegal touching (sideline ref was right there). That being said if this game had gone to OT the Huskies probably still win--Penix was unstopable all night and Nix was injured.
I don’t like Nix or Oregon for that matter but he was definitely shoved out. Bad call.
