Honestly, just look up how to fly helis in squad. The heli system is pretty similar so it's not too hard applying what you see from squad heli flying to BRM5 heli flying.
The key is the mouse lock it makes it so much more easier to control your flight path / direction and landings and slowing down become super easy. Also don't forget about your e an q keys because they act as a rudder control turning you.
Honestly? A tutorial would be really nice. Quick question though, do the helis ingame have wonky center of mass? I heard from some guy on the brm5 subreddit that the uh-60 and mh-6 had a tendency to flip backwards while the nh90 wanted to do barrel rolls mid air😅
Yeah, but the center of mass is towards the tail compared to the actual center if that makes sense. I can do J-hooks and some really whack maneuvers but the helis always have a tendency to roll backwards rather than flip.
@droopy5839 thanks for the explanation! I assume that this might be some sort of mistake/bug unless if helis like the littlebird are actually somehow tail heavy irl.

wow how you fly is so smooth. I use an fpv transmitter for flying, I also fly dcs so it took me around 30 mins to fly comfortably
Nice flying 🎉
YOO PANZER THE GOAT

The Gen4 update made helicopters a hell of a lot more fun to fly
Bro's Ace combat pilot 💀
how is bro flying with the new controls like it's a piece of a cake☠☠☠☠😭😭
it kind of is. i learnt it and comfortably flew within a few hours
its easy
It looks so cursed to see a helo flying straight with its nose staring at the ground, but, BRM5 🤷
i really need a tutorial on how to improve cuz even tho i like the update i wont be happy until i pull crazy stuff

It's fixed now
I feel like they need to lower the sensitivity of the controls. It feels that when i press a key for to long, it sends the aircraft spinning.
Nahhhh I need tutorials now
tuff
this updated controls feels like warthunder sim and ive playued alot so it doesnt bother me
i crashed my helicopter many times with this new control
Do you use mouse or keyboard controls?
how do I perform the J-hook maneuver?
1. Gain momentum
2. A/D
3. Hard S or Pull pack with mouse
4. Shift
Now the heck are you doing any of this without lagging it looks like a slideshow any time I fly
quick question how do u prevent ur helicopter from bouncing its always been a problem for me
Can you explain what you mean by bouncing?
@@droopytheweb like when u land u hit the ground but the wheels starts moving and then bouncing
@edwinanil-cz2df Ohhh, you just slow the decent or cut the momentum and energy of the helicopter upon landing.
@@droopytheweb alr
Song?
Villa pompea adult swim
why bro acting like that's big 💀
Tutorial: lean forward (W) and when you want to do the roll thats on 0:30, press A+S or D+S
