      @@janewambui1288 I cut down to 1200 calories and drank a lot of water. It doesn’t sound like a lot of food but Avacodo toast, boiled eggs, and sliced tomatoes are about 200-250 and it’s a full meal. ❤️

    I was 80 kgs about a week ago. I gained a lot of weight after having two kids. I have been doing a combination of running and doing the 10 min walk and belly blasting walk. A've managed to loose 4 kgs currently at 76 and still continuing. If you want to loose weight just start, for some reason i kept postponing and googling what is right and wrong and when i find something wrong i simply refuse to work out, but for now am set on getting my weight in check. My target 55 kgs. will keep you updated

    do this 4 times a day do this 2 times at daytime before eating food then 2 times at night amd trust you will see difference and continue it.

    I have been feeling overwhelmed with my weight because between a full time job and going to school full time, it is difficult to exercise. I have an office job and do this every two hours.     I really love your videos. I have been doing them since I had open heart surgery last year. I have had two heart attacks and 3 stents. Open heart surgery replaced two arteries. I needed to get my heart rate up for at least 20 minutes. Your videos are great for that and don't overtax me. I am doing the 2mile and 3 mile. I am also doing the belly one. Thanks for your help and and all suggestions for improving my walks are greatly appreciated. Thanks. I am thankful to the lord every day for you.

    Your workouts make me feel so good about myself. I can’t do just any cardio because of my lung problems. I didn’t do cardio for a week, because I ended up with bronchitis on top of my lung problems. Today I am starting to feel better. I saw this one for only 5 minutes and thought... I can push for 5 minutes, and I did. It is good to have a workout plan that benefits all levels of health. Thank you sooo much for these workouts that let me have choices that i can base on my wellbeing on any given day. I highly recommend this workout program for anyone with chronic health problems. Excellent! Feels so Good!

    i did the 3 mile walk which is about 45 min everyday.. you can find it in youtube.. fir about 3 months and i eat right no sugar.. less food.. alot of water.. and i lost 20 kg.. if u r determind u can do it...

    Can’t wait to get started! After ankle surgery and 8 months without being able to do high intensity workouts, this is just what I need, especially with summer right around the corner! It will get me strengthened enough to get back to my horse back riding! 🐴😊

    I have been trying to reduce my post delivery weight for months but in vain. I have tried out many types of exercise based on several RUclips videos but found many of them difficult to do. Then just one day I ended up in this channel and started doing this Walk at Home. Awesome!!!! I could do the complete set especially of 2 mile walk even as a beginner. Friends, I would be updating soon as I reach my target weight....

    I am a girl too. In 2021, when I was sixteen years old, my weight was eighty four kilos. By the end of 2022, my weight will be sixty kilos. I have lost twenty-four or twenty-six kilos through exercise and I never skimp on what I eat. I always eat my food. I have never abstained from food in my entire life. So I would just work out and work out nine or twelve days a month, then two months later I would remember to work out. After completing six months now I would like to apologize.       They breath easy because there so fit. It does get easier the more you do, and then you don’t get out of breath as much.

    This is great for an alternative to my outdoor walks. Love it. I have arthritis behind the knee cap but apart from taking it easy with the jumps I can do this.

    I have been doing this religiously in the morinings and before bed for a week now, and my clothes already fit a littler looser. I also like her 3 miles walk. I tried and do that one 3 times a week. Try Lazy Dancer for great stretching and posture....it's ballet.....Thanks Leslie!

    Do this exercise twice and her 15 min walk exercise which is called 1 mile walk on youtube I have been doing this for like 1 week and I am seeing so much difference in my body shape although I don’t want loose my weight but I just want to be in shape like I want to tone my body lil bit

    OMG this is the best exercise ever! I do other exercises and they don't work as well as this one.. after doing this exercise I felt soo much pain in my stomach and in my legs which means that I'm losing weight. I am really happy with this exercise💖😍

The word walk will be in lavender print just so you will know you have the right DVD. FYI, get ready to sweat. i kept saying OMG she's trying to kill me...😂

      I would recommend it. Someone on Amazon is doing the five miles and after doing it after a few months close to a year she has gone from 240 to 170 and is still working with the DVD. Its worth a try.

    This is one of my all-time favorite DVDs. I didn't think 2 miles would be enough for me, but whoa! Such a great variety of moves that target the waistline. The core segments are fantastic. This is my go-to DVD when I need some core time. Walk strong out there!

    I watch her videos and other inspirational weight loss stories while I do my treadmill on 3.5 speed, I do one hour every day, half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the afternoon, and if I can sometimes, not all of the time another half an hour in between I have lost 4 kilos in a month, and I feel great. You don't have to waste money in the gym, invest in a good small treadmill, I paid $300 for mine and the best thing I have ever done... Or just walk like Leslie and save your money still.
    After my sister had her baby, she followed Leslie's walking routine, someone gave her a Leslie walking DVD and she lost all her baby pregnancy fat

    Today oly I watch ur video. After delivery I got weight upto 72kg. Dr told me to lose weight 12kg.my age 24 weight 72kg.before delivery I'm 60 kg oly.
