Yes you have to take responsibility for your wrongdoings but you were certainly pushed quite hard towards that life by the treatment you received as a kid. Your a good man kris helping your ex get sorted out and you're right you would probably feel guilty if you could have helped her but didn't ive got alot of guilt with people dying close to me who i never had the chance to sort things out with basically i had argued or fought with them either way I punish myself daily with the guilt i still feel. i try to never leave someone i care about these days without saying i love you you never know when you might lose them and it saves you a lifetime of hating yourself.

Great video, kris. It's always interesting listening to your stories. I can relate to some as some of my family have spent time in prison. One is 27 he has been out 6 months after a 5 year sentence. He was fine with family. Outside honestly paranoid on another level. He thought everyone was out to fight him. He is a very tough guy. He could of made it to a pro boxer, but the discipline he let himself down. He was ready to fight them. I said to his dad he needs professional help or he will be back inside very soon, if anyone pushes his buttons thats it. Times up. His dads reply was he will be fine. He is back in facing a lengthy sentence. It got back to him a guy had made a remark. He went and met the guy put the guy ICU. Thats why i asked a question about rehabilitation for prisoners. These prisoners are on guard 24/7 in prison to protect themselves, expected to fight for the group. Gang fights. People saying they have it easy in prison have not got a clue, would you agree kris?

Ive been in that place where my girls ex had been causing bother between me and my missus and i done the same as you sitting in a room drinking vodka just plotting the doing i was going to give this guy when i had the opportunity. but my mum wouldn't let me leave the house without patting me down to see if i had a blade on me 😂 and she would tell ma wee brother to watch me, when I eventually tracked this guy down he was in a block of flats i had consumed a load of blues and vodka so i wasn't being smart 😂 i just went to the door and started chapping while shouting through the letterbox what i was doing to him when i got a grip of him. he didn't answer so i then just started trying to kick in the door i was that out of it i wasn't thinking straight anyway one of the neighbours eventually came to his door and said the police were on the way so what did i do i pulled out the blade on him and chased him in his house i kicked his door a few times and thought f#ck it time to leave and just my luck the polis are at the bottom of the stairwell i was caught bonnie. 😂 those blues are mad they make you do stuff without caring about the consequences during this time my mum had even had psychiatrists trying to catch up with me. i thought she was overreacting but when I think back on how i was she was right i was sitting in a dark room just drinking vodka and plotting to murder that guy or i was going to kill myself you don't realise how bad your getting until its usually too late . thankfully i have turned my life around ive been crime free 4 years now i used to only last a month at most between sentences but watching your stuff and a guy from America who does the same types of stuff as you helps remind me how s#itty that life is its called jay Williams lets live life unfortunately he messed up and is back in jail at the moment but he is out in October anyway good work as usual bro keep it up 🏴💙
