Luke Mitchell is Innocent. I believe it was Jodi's brother Joseph who had severe mental health issues and had already battered Jodi and his gran he was also the last person seen following Jodi

Jodi was last seen alive around 5pm being followed by a 'Stocky Man' who was independently identified as Joseph Jones heading in the direction of Roan's Dyke Path 🤷♀️ Gordon Dickie and John Ferris aka The Moped Boys by their own admission were at the murder scene at 5.15pm 🤷♀️
Great video mate. That weasel of a reporters brother was a cop at Dalkeith police station at the time and was telling everyone LM was guilty. He clearly coached his brother before the interview… as you say the lack of integrity/ethics regarding his treatment is appalling.

Luke Mitchell reminds me a little of Colin Stagg, who was the main suspect in the Rachel Nickel murder, before Robert Napper was eventually caught through DNA. Stagg, like Mitchell, was a strange loner who listened to heavy metal bands and had a bedroom painted in black. So he was portrayed in the press as a "Satanic" type. Stagg, like Mitchell, found himself in every newspaper thanks to Police leaks, with one paper virtually telling the public he was the murderer. Stagg, like Mitchell, always maintained his innocence and like Mitchell passed a polygraph test, paid for by a Sunday newspaper. He walked the streets for years as the guy who got away with murder. Both cases are incredibly similar.
Just shows how strong the press message can be and how they are purely propaganda merchants for the gov . Back in the 90s it was so much harder to find any other view than the national media one , no internet or no where near what it’s like now .

Definitely.. researchers believe Jodi was murdered by a group of people. And the dna sperm samples have the answers to prove the real killers. That information will blow the country wide open. And the establishment will not allow that to happen.. its cheaper to blame Luke... its outrageous. Luke needs our support.

There are numerous facts/evidence in this case that I could comment on, but one that stands out to me is Jodi having her socks put back on after her murder.
Who does that?
I always thought it was something you’d associate with a family member.
Their last act with Jodi was one of their first memories of her- helping Jodi to dress as a bairn.

That’s the thing I was thinking they won’t let him out till he’s realise what he done and how bad it was etc but if he didn’t do it then that won’t happen so do we end up with man spending his whole life in jail on this . He's got jailed for 18 years he's done them 18years now but coz he continues to maintain his innocence so will spend the rest of his life sadly behind bars. He was convicted bfor the trail even started what about jodies side of the family they are the ones tht hav constantly changed there story but bcoz luke was classed as an odd ball it had to be him in there's eyes for tht girl to put up the fight she did he did not hav one mark on him and the semem tht was found was not lukes.

I was in iona when Luke was in polmont 05/06.
He was in cramond amongst all the s.o and he was innocent. If he was on the route when we were moving the screws would form a human shield around him and ppl were terrorisng him. Bcoz of his long hair everyone knew who he was. That man has been to hell and bk. Glad ppl know the truth now.

I know this might be hard to talk about, but I have never been able to get my head around the psyche of Arron Campbell and what he did to wee Alesha Mcphail on the isle of Bute.
Can you maybe explain this type of unheard of behaviour and crime in someone like Campbell, especially when he was only a teenager himself himself.
The reason we can't get our head around someone like Aron Campbell is because we look at him through OUR eyes rather than through HIS eyes.

Luke he pulled knives out on 2 girls before he killed Jodi. He was known to carry a balaclava and always carried a blade according to his pals.
His teachers wanted him to see a child psychologist due to his behaviour but he refused.
The missing knife, the parka his teachers and friends testifed to him having before the murder. Luke himself said his mum was burning stuff in the garden that night.
Sorry for my last post I've deleted it but the way his supporters go on blaming the victims family and anyone else is the murder is not going to get luke out of prison.
It's crazy how people can watch a couple of podcasts and a completely one sided tv show believe everything they say!
Especially when their selling books about it. Sandras first book has proven lies in as does her latest one now that the court transcripts have been released, that she claimed to have lol.

I've studied this case inside out and one fact is crystal clear.. Luke is 100% innocent.. that's the easy part of the case..
The anomalies from all police, professionals and family, all the information opens a can of worms that will rock the whole justice system and police corruption is evident. Even Jury members are now saying they knew nothing about the 15 male Deposits of DNA SPERM FROM 5 ADULTS. WITHELD FROM THE DEFENCE AND JURY

Would be good to hear from someone from the jury on this case see what evidence they got given at the time to come up with a guilty, Because all the evidence now tells me not guilty, Never getting that time back now but could give him some kind of life back at least!
Nobody from any jury in any case is allowed due to law legalities to speak on any case they’ve been a part of so that’s a definite NO on that one as that’s the law.
Spot on bra , the way you told that story is so close to the truth , I've done some homework on the case and it's diabolical that Luke Mitchell is a killer that's just went on to do his first murder from an average murder to the highest level of being a killer and the things that happened to Jodie Jones is on the psycho side of this horrific attack which would tell you that it's not Luke Mitchell it's someone that loves his blade and is not afraid to use it on anyone as we know now , that being said they two moped boys have a story to tell facts bra , and I think they used the moped to help what I believe to move the body away from the real crime scene because there was not enough blood to match up with the amount of blood that would have been everywhere around the scene with the way they butchered wee Jodie and then we have the brother , who has mental health issues, as you said bra , and he had already done lots of bad things to his own sister and the day after this happened or there abouts , he was checked into a mental health hospital where he had repeatedly been in and out of mental illness hospitals or prison even not to sure tho , but he is my main suspect and if you've looked into this case it's astronomically a mess facts and the justice system needs to clean their mess up because they never done it right the first time around , Luke Mitchell has done 20 years just past a month ago and it's time for him to be freed from prison and found innocent wether it's going to happen like that is another pile of bullshit but I certainly support Luke Mitchell and we as a group who have been peacefully protesting his release I've only been doing it for around a year but there's good people who have been on his side for a long time now , the justice system needs to have a look at themselves on this one facts brother !!!

The bits that stand out to me is the potential of being on valium, the stuff you hear people doing while on that, they literally don't know what they're doing and then you've got the brother who's got the motive of being involved in attacking her before and being sectioned and put on anti psychotics. People can react to these drugs in crazy ways, at the end of the day if all these things got looked into properly there's definitely gonna be some reasonable doubt, I agree he can't have been so organised to get rid of all that blood if the attack was so frenzied
What was the actual piece of evidence that they used to get the guilty verdict , I mean it was a trial as he pleaded not guilty so don’t the jury have to be sure of certain things for them to find him guilty , I can’t understand how no one kicked up about the fact there was no blood or even possible trace of blood on Luke or back at his house etc . Maybe I’m being dumb but to me the fact there was no blood would be grounds alone to drop the case against him. Kind of feels like the jury has been coerced into a guilty verdict . The other really disturbing thing for me was police Scotland destroying evidence without going through the correct channels right after the channel 5 documentary, that points to corruption on a massive scale to add to the totally inept police investigation and the witch hunt by the media, I’m extremely proud to be Scottish but this is one of the few times I’ve felt ashamed to be Scottish that something like this could happen in my country.

I feel that there's a lot of parts of this case that people focus on that are basically red herrings or useless leads. The Moped boys are the keys to this whole case, in my opinion.

I’m not sure any of them will ever tell the truth they’ve took it this far and are probably too scared to tell the truth now incase they get done for perjury. The trial transcripts and statements of the granny sister and her boyfriend are bizarre. Be good if you could do a second part maybe go more in-depth into the failure of the police to protect the crime scene and how they failed to follow up other suspects other than going all out on Luke- you’d think when his samples came back with no dna evidence they’d have started looking elsewhere 🤷🏽♂️

My pal said to me I should ask Scott Forbes to come on my channel but I think he's been on that many he must be sick of it by now 😅 Plus I would love to see that FBI report, although heard a rumour it's heavily redacted.

100 percent I would love to know what there’s been no retrial , there’s been cases that seemed much more tight against the person and they were granted retrials

Kris / jury selection in Scotland needs looked into....retired coppers are permissable on a jury. I also beleive jurors who convict in curcumstantial only cases are being 'noted' by crown office and re-used / hand picked when they 'need' them for cases where they really dont have enough evidence but they proceed anyway. Dk if you'd be inclined to look into it ...

Another one of their recent 'tricks', thats very common now, is coppers 'identifying' ppl from footage where its obvious u COULD NOT POSSIBLY tell who it is - e.g.someone with a clava on....naive jurors somehow then believe that coppers can see something they cant - ive been on receiving end of that one. My Opinion is he may have done it, but the evidence was weak & if this could happen to him then it could happen to you. Just can’t convict anyone because they may have done it.
