Yup tbh we used the term homeless a little recklessly, as you correctly said it’s actually houseless. Toyed with the van life idea, wouldn’t rule it out that’s for sure. What’s your experience been like?
@BionicBikers I love it , it has its moments in the winter when you are trapped in confined space for days in the pissing rain but you adapt. I miss my bike (safely garaged with my Son) but it's infinitely better than four walls !
Hi great to have met at the southwest rally have a fantastic adventure it's amazing what you've done good luck and if you're ever back in Cornwall you know where I am, Angelo
Hello you pair, I’m looking forward to seeing your adventures and I totally get it if we could we would up and go but we have 3 young children. Maybe one day we will be doing the same! I wish you good luck on your adventures 👍 me and the peaky biker are going to the lakes this weekend camping your probably to busy at the minute but the offer is there if you fancy a riding weekend 👍
Thanks dude we appreciate your comments and totally get where you’re at with the children we’ve been there and one day you’ll be where we are, but hopefully not homeless. You know we are headed north this weekend (Saturday) if you get Peaky to a WhatsApp us (Neil) where you are at, we could well pop over for a brew maybe.
Morning I couldn’t live like that I’ve got 43 yrs of collecting stuff since we’ve been married and I wouldn’t have a clue where to start I feel you pain mate it must be hard I know there’s lots of people turning to van life and giving up bricks and mortar and I understand why it’s just terrible the cost of living in uk today I think that butterfly 🦋 is somebody up above watching over you like I have just hope everything works out take care both of you waiting for your updates take care
Neil had three sheds at one point lol we’ve been scaling back for two years, the amount of stuff you collect over a lifetime is scary. But what’s even scarier is that when you bin it all you don’t miss any of it. We’ve done at least three or four big skips, and numerous dump runs. We can’t even put into words how incredibly stressful it’s been and all in the name of finding some freedom. Breaking the shackles isn’t easy at all. We’re big believers in signs that come our way and forge what path we take. Though we make conscious decisions there are events in life that lead us in certain directions. If you’re open to understanding that no matter what you think ultimately you have to factor where the universe wants to put you. Thank you for your comment it means a lot to us 🙏🏼
BEING HOMELESS IS NO FUN OR A ADVENTURES. IT ON KNOW WHAT TO END HOW TO DO IT YOU GET HUT ON THE BY SOME ONE EISE AND WORKER COM BANKRUPT, YOU TO HOMELESS.
Yes Dale we’ve now not had a home for approx 3 weeks. We are lucky that we can stay in hotels some of the time or on campsites. It is very challenging that’s for sure and it makes us realise just how tough it can be for some people. Thank you for your comment 🙏🏼
@@BionicBikers yes , love them, there better than people, if you had one , I just wondered what happened to it when you moved, but you said you didn't have one
As we van dwellers say "you're not homeless, you're houseless" 😊. It can be a challenge at times but the freedom and rewards it brings are priceless x
