The link provided in the bio is for the plasma table with that new torch you were talking about? Or I’ll have to replace the torch that comes with that table?
Cold rolled or hot rolled steel won’t harden, not enough carbon in it. I made a part several weeks ago and thought it was tool steel, sent to heat treat and it never harden. The par I made was mild steel.
Did y’all ever fix the ssl issues on your forums? I want to register and get on there but sending password in clear text over the Internet is a big no no

Spending 2400 USD to make a 200 USD wrench you'll only need to use once, knowing it requires additional man hours of heat treating and finishing on a regular mill - priceless..
If you're going to speed up video, DON'T HAVE THE CAMERA HELD BY SOMEBODY WHOS MOVING AROUND. That really sucked. It's very jerky and wobbly. Bad IDEA ~!
Can't wait to order me a table. Awesome tool to have in the shop.
can you please provide ALL the setting you used to do this? air pressure, amps, torch height, speed, etc....thanks

Are the new torches compatible with the existing Cut 45?
What tolerance level did you get with the tool? How close was it with the calipers?
Nice job. Great way to save some money. I wish I had known they were coming out with a new torch. I just upgraded to a machine torch.
Did you get the machine torch from another vendor? I don't see it on the LS website. Thanks!
TOXIXIFY I got it from www.gamblegarage.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=110&product_id=164

Very Nice!
I going to buy one I want the biggest one u got fully loaded ,how much and want it asap
Very cool!
Just don't forget to heat treat it, or it won't last very long, under normal "torque pressures" the mild steel will lose shape. Just saying.
yep.. the process isn't done yet!

Nice cut quality but Id recommend some higher strength steel for wrenches. Regular steel wont fair well with a cheater bar.

truehybridx1 hmm I’ve been wondering why it says “not secure”, I’ve been avoiding the site because of it
How well/cleanly would your CrossFire cut 0.063" aluminum?
Has a lot more to do with the plasma cutter itself than the cnc table.
*What about diamonds?*
Still waiting on mine. Will it come with the x45 torch?
Did you order the torch as an add on?
@@jeffibuilt Yes, ordered everything except the kitchen sink. Well, I guess the water table can be considered the kitchen sink....
Badass!!

How to loading in
The wrench DXF can be downloaded on Fireshare: www.langmuirsystems.com/fireshare/3-wrench
Well you can make a wrench shaped object but no way it's that a serviceable tool. It's mild steel and it will round off instantly.
kinda assumed the title was a bit bullshit but no 3" wrenches really are $300+ that's crazy
Obviously you have never been on a snap on truck......
We just priced a new 4" for 1200

But with the chance of making way more stuff
Being dumb enough to think someone would buy a CNC plasma table to make one tool and that's all - priceless..
