@@jtf873 They don't have to! That's the beauty of the One Country, Two Systems policy. Mainland China is tolerant enough to allow different political systems to exist within it's borders. If the policy were extended to include Taiwan, then they would be allowed to keep their government, their elections, etc, while being considered fully reunified with mainland China. As far as I know, no other country in the world would tolerate a part of its territory having a different political system, except for China with 1 Country, 2 Systems.
Taiwan has a right to their freedom. A forced family view is a manipulative move to absorb people and countries.

The US is very clear in terms of Taiwan: Taiwan needs to defend itself, just like Ukraine. In case of war, Taiwan will be very different than Ukraine. The keyboard warriors there will be the first ones to escape.
US only cares about Taiwan as long as they have chips. If Taiwan has nothing, then its support for Taiwan will evaporate. However, even if Taiwan has nothing, mainland China will continue to consider the island as part of its territory and the people of Taiwan as Chinese citizens.

ive been in Florisda some months ago, and i saw the prices of groceries three times expensives than Mexico, in other words buying 100 USD in Mexico, those same groceries cost 350-400 USD in Florida, july-august-2023.
I literally ate only cereal for two weeks recently. Do not recommend, fatigue beyond belief and constant hunger.
