Man, just think if that bird didn't poop out that seed for that bush 35 years ago you'd be so screwed! That crash on Hospital Hill was so damn awkward, glad you came out unscathed.
Very nice video and loved the Mexican Scenery. First I remember seeing how pretty Mexico is. I think what causes your crashes is you get "concerned" and freeze up. I think you either got to walk around it or go for it. The in between could be painful someday. Glad you and your wife had a good time and no injuries. Thanks for the video.
I’m not gunna lie. I originally clicked on this vid due to the title, possible crashes, but after watching it I found myself invested in it. Fantastic vid. Awesome scenery and riding.
Eric, I really love your editing/presentation style, so informative and intuitive. I as a visually learner, I really appreciate how you inset maps and visually explain a conversation that is occurring in the video. Awesome video, thanks!
And people think deserts are dull lifeless places !!??? The scenery and colors in the rocks are amazing should be on every mtb riders bucket list. Good stuff Eric! 😎
So cool seeing my childhood daily riding territory - I could ride down to the lunchloop trails every day from my childhood home. I miss it and am definitely excited to get back there on full-suspension and experience it in the way it's ridden now! It's interesting seeing the perspective of someone who grew up riding a totally different terrain, and definitely exciting to hear you give the area such high praise!
Great job on the video - loved the subtle background music on the big slabs. Not overwhelming, just a nice accent. Good mix of panorama and action. Great work!
I have never ridden the Ribbon, but your vid seems to have caught the magic of the Ribbon that people speak of. I really liked your style of presentation!
Awesome ride guys, thanks for taking us along! Glad you and your bike survived those crashes Eric! It looks like a long walk out of the desert if not 😬
Wow what a freakin save bro!!! That could have been really bad! Being able to catch yourself and avoid that crash is a skill set from lots of riding and crashing!!! Keep safe and lov ur vids
That's an awesome ride man. Way to many places to ride that should be put on my bucket list thanks to you, Alex, Brian, Seth, and all of the other youtubers!!! Lol
Love the music😍 absolutely brilliant thru n thru, good to see different angles of the descents,, actually see how steep and sketchy it all is. Well done 🙌🏼👍🏼
Great video dude. I really loved the commentary and music. Every time I swing by your channel I have to remind myself to watch more of your content. Great edit.
That bail on the cathedral move on Pucker Up was probably BEST case scenario for bailing lol well done! Dodged two big bullets that day! I'm digging the wild west soundtrack as well lol 🤘 was awesome meeting and riding with you and Yuka! We need to make a trip to The Great White North sometime!
This was an awesome trail and video one of my favorites! Your wife is a badass, it must be the best thing in the world to ride with her everywhere... keep it up! 👍👍👍
You two make great riding videos! The Lunchloops are my favorite trails to ride, and I'm only a 15 minute drive away from them! I haven't been out there this summer though because of a badly infected finger on my left hand. Sucks when you can't get out and ride!
A loved it! It was a great ride. That was a second spectacular bail on Pucker! 🤣 “RC makes the decision to leave Brandon behind” Coincidentally I’ve seen Brandon wreck in that drop trying before trying roll it. That probably brought bad luck upon us! Maybe I won’t leave Brandon behind anymore! 😆
The FOMO is never more real than when a friend rides the Ribbon Trail. It looks so awesome!!! Glad you all came out of that one alive. What was your top speed?
You Got your leg caught on frame and cracked it, throw it down two cliffs and it's fine 🤣 . Carbon still makes me nervous ,but videos like this give me a lil confidence in my Carbon C 19' Bronson 👍 great video as always and Yuka is continuing to kill it 🤘
Just saw that you are in Mexico on Strava. If you come back up through Juarez, then there is a really good trail network in El Paso that you should check out! Nice video, this is now on my list of trails to do this summer!!!
I’m loving all the vids you Guy’s make! Especially the recent ones which are in my backyard. I’m curious as to when you were actually out at the ribbon trail. I watched the video yesterday and it looks dry, but I’m hearing that it’s currently snowy there. Please let me know if you have any current knowledge of conditions over there. Keep up the awesome work and live the dream!! 🤙🏽
Rock dessert riding is so much fun, especially this desert seems so pretty and alien. Would love to ride it someday, but i think i'd skip the dangerous stuff.

lol, thank you bird.
I had beta that it was possible to stop at that point 😆 Shoulda called it after I almost went over the first time!
Haha exactly, mental note, take a handful of bird seed to the desert when I visit, pay it forward 😂
LMAO, I was like where is Brian going with this.
Yuka is a rock star! Love watching both of you ride.
Wait till you see the next vid!

Colorado and Utah have so much beautiful looking desert trails. Bucket list for sure. Another great vid Eric. Thanks for showing us the goods.
Your wife is an awesome rider, both videos from the past couple of days she has concurred technical sections amazingly..
Eric, I really love your editing/presentation style, so informative and intuitive. I as a visually learner, I really appreciate how you inset maps and visually explain a conversation that is occurring in the video. Awesome video, thanks!
Good to hear the effort is worth it :) Easier to show stuff via google maps in the desert though, haha
Agree. I've seen videos of this trail before but this one inspired me to hit this trail for sure next spring.
Concur
I agree. Great vids- everything looks really sweet on my 55" tv. Really like your music choices, too. Keep up the good work!!

Love the sound of the tires on that sandstone. Close my eyes and it's like I'm there.
I have never ridden the Ribbon, but your vid seems to have caught the magic of the Ribbon that people speak of. I really liked your style of presentation!

The Ribbon is easily in my top 5 trails I've ridden. So much fun and great video even with the crashes.

Best video of the Ribbon I have seen. Well done.

Great video dude. I really loved the commentary and music. Every time I swing by your channel I have to remind myself to watch more of your content. Great edit.
Thanks for that Robert!
“Watch out for the trees, they’re stiff.” Is a very good way to describe hitting scrub oak.
Your wife is awesome, I’m impressed. The ribbon trail is one of my favorite. You make me feel better for walking hospital hill most of the time.
Looks like sooo much fun! Gotta get down there and ride these trails one day soon.
Awesome videos, love to see different perspectives of other you tubers, gives you a sense of how they ride instead of just Chest POV 🤘🏽
Thanks for coming along Kyle! I definitely dodged some bullets with those crashes!

You guys out west are on another level. Seriously tough trails and great riding!
This place is on my bucket list. The US has so many cool riding places it's amazing.
This utah/Colorado area is super cool. It films really well too, it's not so trees like bc!

Wow the risk is high in this video, had me puckered up just from watching!
Quality ride on a bucket list trail.
Isn’t that first rock roll that they were at the thing that the single track sampler crashed on
Awesome vid
man! Screw Hospital Hill! Skies were amazing. All I needed was a profile shot of you in a poncho and long skinny cigar.
Love the 60s cowboy music while crusing the slabs
hahaha! it was getting dark and rain was coming!
It also helps when a guy who knows the trail shouts out 'DROP' :)
love your custom yellow Evil !!
One of my fav mtb vloggers to watch, your videos are always a good adventure, next to bkxc
I think it’s because you add music!
Glad to see you rebound from the crash on hospital hill! Puns aside, that trail system looks amazing!
The FOMO is never more real than when a friend rides the Ribbon Trail. It looks so awesome!!! Glad you all came out of that one alive. What was your top speed?
Looks like it was 50km/h according to stava :)

Just saw that you are in Mexico on Strava. If you come back up through Juarez, then there is a really good trail network in El Paso that you should check out! Nice video, this is now on my list of trails to do this summer!!!
not sure if anyone else heard it but at 7:56 you can here something metal fall off of eric and land on the rock. hope it wasn't anything important!
The trails look sick. Yuka was schooling the guys. :)

Great video, I really like the soundtrack!
You can really see the gopro effect vs the phone, it looked 100x steeper
They’re having a race here. You should race here!
