    Ingredients:

    1 scallion
    Batter:
    1 cup wheat flour
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    1/2 cup water
    1 tbsp cooking oil
    Dipping Sauce:
    1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp coconut sugar
    1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    1 tsp sesame oil
    2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
