- Remember last year when we filled a Voyage train with dogs? It sounds like it wasn't just a one time thing... it's one of the many reasons we look forward to attending Holiwood Nights, the annual roller coaster enthusiast event at Holiday World. The event is famous for being the only time you can experience The Voyage trimless at night- and it is INSANE! This year due to unfortunately circumstances we decided to only film the second day and not the first day, which we explain at the beginning of the video. Our thoughts go out to the family and those affected by the tragedy.

It was so unfortunate that Holiday World had to close Thunderbird and then another unexpected and tragic event on top of that! Even so, this was an event to remember. It was my first HoliWood Nights! Hopefully not my last. Your reaction to The Voyage with the trims wide open at night was absolutely nailing how I felt! That coaster is absurd!…. and I can’t wait to do it again! Nice to meet you at the Raven Day One ERT! Even that one had an extra hard bite that night! They were all rippin’!
My reaction was just laughing nonstop for 5 minutes. I couldn't even comprehend what had just happened.

Holiwood nights is such a great event. I love meeting a bunch of new people and riding with them. Huge respect for you not posting any friday footage the whole situation is very upsetting. I highly recommend people donate to the gofundme to help pay for the funeral and transportation.

Holiday World is my home park so I might be biased, but I’ve been to quite a few parks and been on quite a few wooden coasters, but tanner is RIGHT! The Legend is so dang good.

Hello Taylor, first of all mad props and respect for not posting on day one with that tragic event, my prayers and thoughts are with that family. Second I have always enjoyed your content is it’s amazing. I have always wanted to visit and experience a Hollywood nights at holiday world but finances are just not there. I did want to tell you though that this weekend at six flags fiesta Texas there is a rollercoaster rodeo event happening at the park. Three days of nonstop ert, water park ert and even some previews of fright fest for night one. It should be a great time and hopefully this event will return for years to come. But just wanted to pop in here and say thank you for posting and showing me what Hollywood nights is all about at holiday world, safe travels and stay safe. Maybe one day I will be able to visit and enjoy this event.

It's been awhile since I did HWN. My favorite was the lightning rides around 2010 I think. ERT is best after a rain storm. It happened once during Stark Raving Mad but that was before my time. The wet track increases the speed and there was constantly flashing lightning 10 miles away but creating a stobe effect on Voyage. Best rides ever.
Raven and Legend are so much more ridiculous at night and I love em! Will be returning next June for this event!
All of my friends say thunderbird is better than the voyage but voyage is clearly better than every other ride

The Raven dog ride was arguably even better than Legend. So tough picking between the two. And yes, this will be a thing every year. Good to see you guys again, and glad you all got a true Zen ride on legend

Heard you were at KW today. I work there, operate the legendary Lil Phantom. Since you have the credit already from what I’ve heard, I wasn’t really expecting you to come by. But hope you got some good rides on the other stuff and had a good time despite what’s happened with the removals.

Yesterday voyage was a walk on or you could wait for one more train to get in the back but honestly row 9 was the best because the lap bar gets stuck in the middle thing and then you can’t get stapled and you get SO MUCH AIRTIME

I think Holiwood nights of the 2020s are cursed. Last year’s was interfered by the pandemic, this year someone literally died. My parents are not much younger than that woman.

It was for the theme of the event being the Wizard of Oz. All members of HWN had those lanyards, they weren't for pride month

Because some large-ish mid-20s coaster influencers are creep. Also there are way more male coaster enthusiasts than female coaster enthusiasts (at least on social media) so having an all-female train may help them feel less alienated.
With that being said I am a bit sad I couldn't see my sister's first reaction to trimless Voyage at night (and she couldn't see mine) :(

Is voyage rough? Going on it this summer. Some say it’s really rough others not.
After its retrack prior to 2020 it's running very smoothly. It's still just as aggressive
I got 13 rides this past Holiwood Nights and can tell you with certainty that no, it is not rough.

It's unfair that Holiday World has possibly the 3 best night rides in the world...but only does them 2 days a year.
They actually have two more 10pm closes this year. But I don't think those will be trimless Voyage. And yes it's a crime they barely have any night ride time with rides this good.
