@@NerdAlert42 The Ancients, the civilization which created the Iterators, were just kind of weird about names. They named themselves things like Droplets Upon Five Large Droplets; Six Grains of Gravel, Mountains Abound; vaguely poetic, unwieldy things like that. As a civilization they could be a bit pompous and long-winded in terms of prose. It makes sense they would also give the Iterators names in a similar vein.
I literally just recently finished an entire spear master run like this. I had to go though 15 cyan Lizards and it took like two months. So safe to say I can relate.
if you go to LTTM first to get the mark, then FP, FP will talk to you as normal instead of just throwing you out of the chamber instantly (only applies to spearmaster)
it's the dialogue you get at Five Pebbles in the DLC Spearmaster campaign, though he doesn't give you the mark so you have to go to Moon first to get mark or you aren't able to see the dialogue.

I took a Scavenger to Pebbles once. Pebbles turned the gravity back on after he kicked me out so the Scav just... stayed there.

I had a cyan lizard. He got stabbed in the ass and blasted off the side of the climb to Five Pebbles never to be seen again.

That is a good lizard, unlike my green lizard that walked past me being grabbed by a pole plant to fight another lizard.
