Thank you so much, Steve. Would have never thought about doing shells and tattoos like that. You are so amazing and learn something new with every video.
So glad you modeled them!!! And yes you do look pretty!! What a great idea. Game changer for selling shells. Stay safe, you do you, and stay crafty 👍👍🛎️🛎️🦋🦋
How adorable! I live on the shore of Lake Michigan so I could do this for nearly nothing! We also have really amazing rocks. Some that even glow in the dark!
I'm very much hoping you either have a GFCI outlet, an adapter, or a power cord you are plugging your dremel into. Unless you are using a battery powered dremel. Love your channels, and I would very much like you to continue 🙂
Hi Steve. I have small shells in my cart from Amazon, but your idea to put a tattoo on them is really different. I never thought of putting UV Resin on them first either, so thankx for that idea. I also have some very, very small shells that I got from a dollar store. I only got them because I thought that they were really cute, and that I could possibly make some cute jewelry out of them, but I haven't come up with anything to do with them yet; maybe one day you'll show some ideas in the future. Please keep the ideas coming, for they always inspire me. Thankx for all of your video's that you do on both channels; they're truly appreciated.
I just got some of the JDiction UV resin (the one you showed). I liked how it worked but the smell was a lot worse than the other brand I had been using. It was too warm today (in Florida) to have my windows open so I had my ceiling fan on high. I get chronic daily migraines so I try to be very careful with smells. I'm fairly new to resin, just started last summer so open to any suggestions to help with odors. Love your channels!
Try the Let's Resin UV Resin… it has no odor at all… I LOVE JDiction, but the uv resin I have gotten from them gives me a terrible headache … i have to wear a full respirator mask if I use the JDiction UV resin… I don’t have to do that if I use Let's Resin UV resin…. If I use JDiction's normal resin, I don’t have to wear the respirator,,, just a normal mask works fine… I love their 4 hour demold resin… they have great products!
@⚜️ZippedUpKitz⚜️ Let's Resin is my go to Epoxy but I needed to finish something up and I had turned the Let's Resin UV bottle upside down (with the lid on) to try to get the last of it and it emptied itself into the cup I had it sitting in. Ugh!! The JDiction UV resin could get to me quicker, so I figured I'd try it since it had such good reviews. Infuriated, in got the 500g bottle so it'll take me a little bit to finish it but I will be going back to Let's Resin UV resin. I get chronic daily migraines so working with resin has been interesting. But I've been ok with the Let's Resin brand. Glad to know it's not just me with the smell!!
@@carolwalters6469 man that really sticks you lost your uv resin like that! I did something similar with 32oz of epoxy resin…. I had just mixed it up and realized I had the wrong color pigment and went to go get it… well, when I came back, I sat down in m6 chair and turned to get a new pair of gloves and in doing so, knocked over the mixed expoxy…. I lost EVERY SINGLE OUNCE of it… and talk about a mess to clean up!!!!i was so bloody angry I nearly scrapped my entire project… but, I needed to finish it and so I mixed up another 32 oz of resin, colored it and poured it into the moulds… thankfully it cured beautifully and my dad was very happy with his Greenbay Packers themed chessboard and chessmen!
Savannah loves it. Esp as she not feeling good. She was so excited. We had ya on the TV and she thought it was great
Savannah should be thrilled! Featured on a video and her own beautiful necklace, with a lucky unicorn to boot.

Thank you so much!! Both of my kids live near a beach and they are always bringing me shells.
Shells as ornamentation comes full circle.
Our Neanderthal cousins made shell pendants many moons 🌙 ago in addition to our direct ancestors. 👏
How adorable! I live on the shore of Lake Michigan so I could do this for nearly nothing! We also have really amazing rocks. Some that even glow in the dark!

It's important to wear a mask when drilling and sanding shells - especially quahogs!
I'm very much hoping you either have a GFCI outlet, an adapter, or a power cord you are plugging your dremel into. Unless you are using a battery powered dremel. Love your channels, and I would very much like you to continue 🙂

A bit of bees wax on your drill bit will extend the bits life and make it work better. 👍
Oh my goodness don’t you wook pwetty 😀
How do you come up with these ideas? Love these.❤
Do you varnish the "inside", or just the outside?
Have you done pens with this uv resin. Was wondering how it does
Good morning Steve I am just made my first mold and there is a pinhole in it. It is a small hole is there any chance I can fix it and if so how
Steve, you need to fix your cord on the uv cure lamp.
how do you get the resin out of the brush?
Can you use J Dickson deep pour resin in a non deep mold?
Question: what do you mean ppl bought you a coffee and how do I do that?

I never find shells when I go to the beach :( the touristy shop people comb the beaches to the point that even the teen tiny shells are gone …
Interestingly, boring holes in shells to wear them as adornment is one of the oldest known human (and Neanderthal) crafts. ☺
Thanks!
Awesome!
