I have to ask…what’s with the ivy in all the homes out there? Every time we do dream shopping on Zillow 80% of the houses have ivy as decor 😂 Seeing yours made me think of it.

It grows rampant and wild here, it is everywhere. Almost as bad as blackberries. I trim my ivy twice a year to keep it in check.

THB I'm not sure what the deal is with that trend. Paul actually picked out the Ivy. I'll have to ask him.

Question: at 17:50 you mentioned that some of the cities have lists and we can cross reference to see if they are legal. I'd like more information about how to do this as my clients ask me for referrals all the time and l'd like to make sure I am sending them to some place legal. Thank you.

I do not have a better method for you other than a google search. Searching "cannon beach short term rental owner list" got me to the correct link just a few results down which has 3 separate pdfs based on the length of permit: www.ci.cannon-beach.or.us/planning/page/current-short-term-rental-permits-lists These lists are probably more the exception than the norm (I don't believe each town publishes this list)
