    WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
"Starting my morning with this! Thank you for always graciously sharing your practice with us!!! I am in ♡ with your style & the challenges you allow me to try!!!!"
"I've started taking your classes and enjoying every moment of the practice in the early morning before heading out for work. Thank you very much. Namaste."
"I find your classes unique and inspiring, They leave me feeling the best version of me."
"I have been loving your classes. Thank you for making them."
"Hi Leigha, I did your first class again (forearm stand) and I feel sooooo good now. Thank you!
I decided to do the whole series one by one again. It has been around 52 classes already, so it will take me some time.
    Good on you!"
"The last class (throat chakra) was absolutely amazing. Thank you for your wisdom you share with us. I also really enjoyed nauli pranayama."
"I just did Body Medicine last night and Open Open just now. What lovely wholesome practices, I love how we seamlessly did juicy amounts of good smooth movements, explored new transitions and poses, and worked on splits and compass pose again. 🙂 Feeling wonderful, thank you dear Leigha."
"After the shavasana and the short meditation in the end, I got up off the mat and I experienced an incredible feeling of lightness, as if i was light as a feather, thank you."
"I did handstand class again today. I can feel such a progress in those L-stand hops. The whole class felt much easier than the first time. Thank you Leigha."
"Hi Leigha, I took last class (Peace) outside by the lake I live.
The class itself made me feel peaceful and as I was listening to the sounds of the birds between your words and watching the top of the trees, it even intesified my feeling of blissfulness and peace.. I finished when the sun was setting down and I was listening to the frogs and birds while taklng shavasana. Thank you for another amazing class.
"I feel grateful as I am improving so much with your guidance. I can feel open in my shoulders, thoracic spine as never before, leg behind head feels easy and slowly slowly I can do king pieon for rhe first time in my life (just on one side). I do not even attend any yoga classes anymore as I just love doing yoga at home and your guidance is the best for me anyway (I do yoga for several years but your classes make a big difference. and I love you make them in accessible way, I never feel any strain… you can teach and prepare and open body with an ease and grace). "
    "Hello Leigha!
First of all, a big thank you for the chin-stand themed practice. It was intense, I will definitely be coming back to it,… once my pride recovers!! It is a struggle for me.
Just did Paradise and Grasshopper… soooo amazing, I finally really feel how incredible and energizing back bends are. Huge smile on my face when I kicked over from the wall.
    Thank you again."
"Hey Leigha, I just completed your newest class, Paradise. I feel like I’m on cloud nine. The shavasana in the end felt so blissful. The sensation of bliss so….tangible, it felt like it was sloshing and spreading around in my body, gently tingling and glittering. I was lying on my mat with a big grin of contentment slowly appearing on my face, couldn’t help it. I’m very grateful. Sending my love to you and all the yogis practicing with you."
"I just did Open Hearted, BEAUTIFUL practice, feeling so open and accepting of loving energy built up in my heart. Thank you Leigha!"
"You have added sooo much to my practice that i had to thank you! your pace, instruction, sequencing and the space you allow is magical. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and work."
    with love,
    Leigha

This is why voice-overs work so well; sole focus on the practice reveals how beautifully graceful it can be.

This is the first RUclips video I have EVER commented on. I am not a "gym" person but I joined a gym in November, and have been lifting weights and doing various exercises for about 3 months consistently. Recently my friend who I regularly work out with had to stop lifting weights and only do yoga and light exercise and we had sort of started doing our own things separately. I did one of your videos with her yesterday and I couldn't believe how bound up and tight I was, and how out of touch with my body I seemed and out of balance. I was shocked, amazed, etc. Today i worked from home and did this video, although I had to stop 30 minutes in because of a work crisis I couldn't believe how I felt after. I am still very much out of sync with my breathing, I am spending time trying to get into the poses, and not really getting the breath thing... also alignment etc... I am sure there are strategies for grounding yourself and engaging your core... I could get hooked to this... do you have any advice for newcomers (I have done yoga, just has been sooo long) concerning breath, increasing flexibility, just everything I guess! I plan to continue weight lifting but I know I need to incorporate this... and to connect to my body. I have hated on myself for so long... and I know I am disconnected from it... so many things... I welcome anything you have to share. Thank you for your awesome videos.

Thank you so much for writing. I'm so glad you're stepping back in to yoga. It's transformative for anyone who keeps at it, and it's so cool that you feel that already. I'd definitely say don't even bother to think much about breath yet. Make sure your body is reasonably comfortable, and then once you're familiar (again) with the shapes and names, then invite the breath focus in. It's a little frustrating and/or unnatural for everyone at first but then little by little it becomes second nature. Just trust the process and make it as fun as you possibly can so that you keep making your way back to the mat. It's so healing in so many ways. Keep at it, and check back in. Stay in touch :) ~Leigha

I have come across your yoga videos recently and really enjoy them. Very inspiring and playful practices. I like the less chatter and at the end we don't have to hear "hit that subscribe button" or a bunch of chatter while we are still resting in savasana. Love this practice!

Jeez, this made me sweat like never before. Felt great after it, couldn't do everything on it but it's a good level for me to push for. I've had a typical contemporary Western history of 'lower-back pain'. Turns out it's all in the hips and is down to the classic combo of not stretching and sitting down too much. I firmly believe so much money is being wasted in the health system by people going to the doctor for undiagnosable pain which is many times down to muscle and nerve pain from not stretching. I'm so in tune with my body these days thanks to yoga and your video is helping me finally get the final little niggles in my hip complete. I feel great.
God bless and keep 'em coming

+Jin Shanmu I loved to read this and so agree. It's almost shocking what a difference some hip opening, gluteus medius & psoas opening will do for back health and postural comfort. Mix in some engagement of the pelvic floor and abdominal wall and, wow! I'm glad to hear you're feeling tuned in to your body. What a blessing to feel that. On a side note, I find myself increasingly intolerant of sitting in chairs at all and have had to get awfully creative (squat pose, blocks on chairs, standing, lying down) when I'm doing computer work. Thanks for writing, and blessings backatya from New York!

Moving like a gentle mountain stream
breath carefully blending with the peace
a smile coming on like a silent breeze
and sides stretching like swaying trees
    this practice exudes sweet harmony
radiating from me a love for thee
though words too small a gratuity
Oh Leigha thank you for lil-bit-of-everything
