Given recent events I’m not sure if Amazon will even upload the show. The plot will revolve around an assassination attempt on a Presidential candidate.
I think ryan attacking billy would be even better cliffhanger, they can show that ryan knew about virus made by billy but he misunderstood that this virus was for homelander instead of ryan Which makes ryan heartbroken and ready to kill everyone involved in making of virus
I don't think we're there quite yet. I think it's gonna be at the very end of S5, where they have a Star Lord moment when his dad just casually mentions killing his mom. It's very in-character for HL to reveal to Ryan how he was created, in that same manner
I think A-Train dying in this finale would be a bit premature as they still have to wrap up his arc with his family as well as fighting homelander. Logically that face off should come next season but then again they did noir dirty last season 🤷🏾♂️
His arc is already complete enough, hes changed his ways and his family is safe. I can see the finale having him an homelander fight and atrain being killed off fighting for “good”
I think a better fitting way for A-Train to go is to save his brother and nephews from Homelander. This will finally prove to them that he is a hero. I think the conflict between Hughie and A-Train is resolved now, he apologized, saved Hughie, and gave Hughie compound V. Hughie himself forgave A-Train, the only unresolved conflict A-Train has is with his brother and that needs to be resolved before he die
Not gonna lie, the way this community respects and roots for A-Train to get a complete redemption arc, is one of the coolest things about experiencing this show. This seasons has been wonderful, watching all the viewers rally around him
Well the shape shifter seems to gain the memory of the person she comes in contact too. So she has a chance of knowing all the backups of the files that Huey is aware of. Unless the boys specifically butcher has a copy unknown to Huey.
The final episodes of all seasons always end with scenes with Honelander's son. 1) Homelander has a son 2) Homelander's son destroys Stormfront, loses his mother and is taken away to be raised. 3) Homelander takes his son under his wing, he (the son) likes power over people 4) ?
Wonder if they will follow the comics with the black noir twist. Maybe a similar twist as vought would have to have multiple kill switch or nuclear options to control Homelander prior to Ryan even being born. It was one of the best twists ever in a comic series.
Here's my Billy Butcher prediction: from what we can tell given brief dialogue, the virus activates when it's exposed to compound V. Coincidentally, the tumor that's killing Butcher is all hopped up with compound V. In the finale, I predict Butcher won't be able to find a test subject for the virus, and use himself as a guinea pig. In a twist of fate, it may actually destroy the tumor and save his life. For starlight, I believe that the doppelganger will die wearing starlight's face, causing Huey and the boys to believe she's dead

So much light pollution that perhaps her senses aren't aware of it kind of thing and by ending up alone like that, maybe reaches near starvation she discovers that sunlight works for her powers too? What if A train saves the president from assassination on live TV? Would tie in well with the title of the episode "assasination run" and would also show his family that he's a true hero.
It's so obvious what they're setting up. Butcher will have a chance to stab Homelander with the virus, but this will mean risking Ryan somehow. Kessler will be yelling at him to do it, Becca will be pleading for Ryan's life. At the last second Butcher injects the virus into himself, killing the Kessler tumor. Everyone survives. Except Newman, A-Train and Firecracker of course.
I don't think you can stab Homelander. If bullets bounce off Homelander, then there is no way another Supe could stab Homelander either. I sometimes wonder if the best way to kill Homelander is to inject someone in the tits so they can feed Homelander the virus.
I believe Sage will join The Boys as it would fit the pattern of Homelander giving away allies to them , he gave away Maeve , gave away Starlight , gave away Ryan , gave away A-Train , gave away Stan Edgar and the allies he didn’t give away he either murder them or did something that lead to their deaths like Stormfront and Noir .

The next season is the last one so the finale is going to be something insane. Because the last season has to start with The Boys in an almost impossible situation. I think it will end with Homelander in the Whitehouse having taken over America with the supes and then episode one of the final season will begin after a lot of time has passed with America and possibly the world having been under supe control for maybe a year.
I agree with this 100%, Homelander becoming the president is what it feels the season is building up to. With this being the last episode before the final season there will be tones of death, I think Singer, Ashley and Neuman are dead this episode. I also think it’ll end with the boys being on the run with Homelander putting a hit on them

My prediction, before watching the vid ...Homelander will be weakened enough by the virus to loose his powers, then he'll have a really bad time coping with being just a normie, and the people he bullied will get some payback -possibly even putting him in his own camps!

I actually think A-train survives. He's slowly starting to understand what it means to truly be a hero. Once Homelander dies, I think Atrain takes the role of leading the 7. He's the only one who can and wants to do it. Starlight WILL retire she's absolutely done with that world.
It's a shame that The Boys's season 4 is so underwhelming for me. Two things that i really liked about this season are Homelander and A-Train and his arc.
A Train isn’t going to die. I don’t think ppl realize this isn’t the same as season 2 and 3. The seven barely exists now. The boys are winning, only real threat is homelander losing his shit. Or, we may possibly see a full on supe civil war
A theory i have is Firecracker will die in the finale. Since the finale will also set up gen V. And the way when Firecracker talked about the side effects (enlarged heart) meds she needed to take to “help” homelander weirdly made me think of Marie Moreau. So maybe the Gen V cast who were locked up will try to escape Vought Tour (where i believe they are being held) and Firecracker will try to stop them and get killed from her enlarged heart being a easy target for Marie Moreau.
My prediction is Neuman butcher is going to finally kill her. Malory, Ryan is going to get confused and kill her. Ashley will have her final moments in vought tower. The supes are going to try and overthrow the country.

I'm going to keep suggesting that Neuman caused Hugh Sr.'s stroke. That was just the impression I got from her meeting with Hughie last episode. Also I'm pretty sure Butcher's powers are a Ben Hargreeves sort of deal, based on the tentacles coming out of the Temp V rabbit in episode 5.
My theory for the finally: -Bobby singer would die and the shapeshifter would use starlight or hughie face to kill him -Firecracker will die due to the heart drugs -A-train die saving someone

I have honk sister sage would be a version of (Cameron hodge in xmen). ATrain definitely needs 1-2 moments more… before he is “offed”. Butcher I believe will be separated from his cancer which will fuse with the virus and create another entity…. Homelander is the face of the show is there a way he can see that Ryan has things and a message he couldn’t have… could Homelander actually turn into a hero…? Neuman just needs to go… it’s too big a story and humanity needs to be united. Firecracker could just die by accident and no loss. MM needs his break… Huewy actually needs to hear that the shapeshifter is pregnant… and actually have a kid where Starlight had an abortion it would seem as a weird parallel. Frenchy… and Healing girl need to just stop feeling guilty and move on it’s draining…deep - he is the comedy part as much as he should get a hole blasted thru him… he needs to take out sister sage and get his respect back… Black Noir actually show who he is… give him a good twist and leave it at that. Starlight comes into her own powers…

What if A train saves the president from assassination on live TV? Would tie in well with the title of the episode "assasination run" and would also show his family that he's a true hero.
It's so obvious what they're setting up. Butcher will have a chance to stab Homelander with the virus, but this will mean risking Ryan somehow. Kessler will be yelling at him to do it, Becca will be pleading for Ryan's life. At the last second Butcher injects the virus into himself, killing the Kessler tumor. Everyone survives. Except Newman, A-Train and Firecracker of course.
I don't think you can stab Homelander. If bullets bounce off Homelander, then there is no way another Supe could stab Homelander either. I sometimes wonder if the best way to kill Homelander is to inject someone in the tits so they can feed Homelander the virus.
is the parasite/ Kessler so dumb? Why is he pleading to release the virus if the virus kills all supes? That means he kills himself too, lol?
Butcher will live long enough to become the Villain. No one good is ever truly good and no one bad is ever truly bad just really really bad.
I think firecracker will see the fake starlight and kill her not knowing what is going on.
I believe Sage will join The Boys as it would fit the pattern of Homelander giving away allies to them , he gave away Maeve , gave away Starlight , gave away Ryan , gave away A-Train , gave away Stan Edgar and the allies he didn’t give away he either murder them or did something that lead to their deaths like Stormfront and Noir .
Only thing that can make me look forward to next season is Solider Boy returns back.

don't forget, we have seen the new Black Noir flying in episode 7 and being quite powerfull. I'd say that behind Black Noir there could be a plot twist. Ryan It's probably more powerfull than Homelander but too young and confuse. Only an Homelander could kill another Homelander.

The next season is the last one so the finale is going to be something insane. Because the last season has to start with The Boys in an almost impossible situation. I think it will end with Homelander in the Whitehouse having taken over America with the supes and then episode one of the final season will begin after a lot of time has passed with America and possibly the world having been under supe control for maybe a year.
I agree with this 100%, Homelander becoming the president is what it feels the season is building up to. With this being the last episode before the final season there will be tones of death, I think Singer, Ashley and Neuman are dead this episode. I also think it’ll end with the boys being on the run with Homelander putting a hit on them

About Vicky or Victoria Neuman after Sameer tells her what Butcher did to him, she and Homelander probably recruit a lots of sups at the end of Gen V season 2 with the plan attacking the White House after the no sups law been progressed
About Butcher in season 5 maybe will go more into his past explain his relationship with Joe Kessler and the aftermath after defeat Homelander, Butcher with uncontrollable power of the V tumor inside his head will go into a trip massacre the rest of sups doesn't effected by the virus and the end when Ryan try to help Butcher fighting on his mind kill or not kill Ryan, he probably asking him to kill him before the dark personality of him taking over and Hughie or Ryan have no choice have to kill him.

Imho, A-train is gonna die, probably fighting homelander, trying to save someone or buy time. I think the redemption arc and most importantly that emotional speech are major deathflags. Also he is a black character who is not the MC....
With everything that happened yesterday - I’m surprised that they don’t push this air date back. Remember when 9/11 happened, a lot of movies/tv shows were pushed back or changed.
My prediction, before watching the vid ...Homelander will be weakened enough by the virus to loose his powers, then he'll have a really bad time coping with being just a normie, and the people he bullied will get some payback -possibly even putting him in his own camps!

A theory i have is Firecracker will die in the finale. Since the finale will also set up gen V. And the way when Firecracker talked about the side effects (enlarged heart) meds she needed to take to “help” homelander weirdly made me think of Marie Moreau. So maybe the Gen V cast who were locked up will try to escape Vought Tour (where i believe they are being held) and Firecracker will try to stop them and get killed from her enlarged heart being a easy target for Marie Moreau.

I have honk sister sage would be a version of (Cameron hodge in xmen). ATrain definitely needs 1-2 moments more… before he is “offed”. Butcher I believe will be separated from his cancer which will fuse with the virus and create another entity…. Homelander is the face of the show is there a way he can see that Ryan has things and a message he couldn’t have… could Homelander actually turn into a hero…? Neuman just needs to go… it’s too big a story and humanity needs to be united. Firecracker could just die by accident and no loss. MM needs his break… Huewy actually needs to hear that the shapeshifter is pregnant… and actually have a kid where Starlight had an abortion it would seem as a weird parallel. Frenchy… and Healing girl need to just stop feeling guilty and move on it’s draining…deep - he is the comedy part as much as he should get a hole blasted thru him… he needs to take out sister sage and get his respect back… Black Noir actually show who he is… give him a good twist and leave it at that. Starlight comes into her own powers…
