I like that Gohan goes after the ones threatening Krillin first. As annoyed as he sometimes gets, he does consider him his friend.
He did say before that his best friend was a 26 year old dwarf, after all.
I think the very first one he gets is the one on Piccolo. But then after his dad, Krillen.
Krillin is everyone's friend. Except Trunks. Trunks doesn't seem to want anything to do with him after the remote incident.

Can't go through all that he went thru with Krillin on Namek and not become friends. That's why I love TeamFourStar's spin with "team tree star", Vegeta also lowkey likes Gohan and Krillin because of it.

The instant transmission requires the user to focus on a being they are familiar with, so he needed to teleport Cell to someone without killing a planet full of people.
He could have easily teleported himself, King Kai, Bubbles, Gregory and Bojack away.

Fun fact: in the manga the Cell jrs. don’t explode into blue mist, that was just how the animation team for the anime decided to censor their bodies get ripped apart by Gohan.
Fun fact number 2: The Cell jrs. have the same regeneration ability as Cell does and are alive. Living with their uncle 17. This was proven in the dragon ball super manga.
What? Cell jrs living with 17? Where did you get that? It's definitely not in the Manga. In the Manga he said he had a wife and two kids. Cell jrs were never mentioned again after the Cell games arc

When I watched this the first time I got in trouble for laughing out loud at work. And now today I got in trouble for laughing out loud to this and both of your reactions, the best laughs for me were to Piccolo treating Krillin like a overly excited dog with the “I’ll get a hose” comment and the second was the Krillin yelling “For the last time, I’m not an Oompa Loompa.” And now I’m picturing multiple Krillin’s singing and dancing around Super Kami Guru. This has been fun, have a wonderful Christmas and can’t wait till you get to FF7 Machinabridged.
Seriously that Kamehameha from Cell and Gohan is probably one of the most badass moments I have ever seen. The TFS guys enhanced it so much more with the silence and Masako's brutal delivery.
And I also very much appreciate Gohan throwing everything back at his father. Goku may have morals but even he has to face the consequences of his actions at some point.

What I love about Kirby’s reaction is it’s exactly how we felt as kids watching DBZ. Now imagine the suspense having to wait minimum a week (if the show didn’t restart from the beginning) after Trunks got attacked to find out what happened…
Gohan’s beast mode is so crazy unlike any other. He was so calm but so threatening forcing Cell to do something so out of character he rage quit. Gohan’s charge up for his Kamehameha was so satisfying. Goku’s final speech to gohan was so sweet best father son moment im glad he finally got to properly express his feelings to Gohan . I had to pause when Cell came back singing his song oh damn that was cold and creepy RIP my boy Trunks

Nice to see that Kirby had the same kind of emotional responses to the Goku speech that we all did. It really hits home more re-watching and realizing he after he got back always wanting to train with Gohan for the 3 years and then a year in the time chambers was him showing the love to his son he thought he'd want because that is how he shows love and respect to others.
I think my "favorite quote" is prolly that whole exchange about the ripping off the wings of a butterfly/crimson red flags lol, prolly not for reasons as profound as the fear of the inevitable quote. Just funny to me lol.
I remember watching these episodes in the original anime SO LONG ago. Loved seeing the retelling in DBZA. And all of that gets to come back again watching Kirby experience it. Thanks to both of you guys for doing this, looking forward to seeing the last few episodes on here!
I know this finale was recorded awhile ago, Kyle, but I really hope you remembered to show her the krillan thing at the end of the credits in part 3 man. After everything he had to go through I really appreciate that team four star let krillan have 1 win.

I like what they do with Krillin in this series. Obviously his combat ability is not particularly useful in most of these fights even though he is pretty stupidly powerful himself by any reasonable standard, but he's strong enough to be on the battlefield with the others and provide support in other ways.

There's so much about episode 60 I love all 3 parts are incredible but I love how emotional they made goku's sacrifice in part 2

This is easily my favorite part of episode 60, just for Gohan's monologue. I relate to that monologue so much it's insane, though for me it's about getting angry. I hate getting angry, but I know that sometimes it's just inevitable.

I definitely didn't get the reference. I always thought Cell said, "A wiff of thin mints." Implying that even something as weak as the scent of a cookie could set him off.

Everybody, think back, and even watch the first episode of DBZA with Kirby again. She was quiet, and had to be talked into watching this in the first place. Now it's, "I LIKE this Gohan". Glad TFS gets new viewers from this.
The sad thing is everyone seems to forget that this is a child saying how much he hates fighting, but literally has no other choice because it's been his life since he was 5 years old.

Fun fact each of the cell junior are supposed to be as trong as cell himself so in theory gohan could have disintegrated cell with a punch as well.
