    The problem is that you need to find the culprit. Is it the check valve itself, or the quick disconnect inlet elbow? It could be the quick disconnect, since it too has an "o" ring and it can fail. Just a thought!! I would recommend disconnecting the quick disconnect and turning on the ignition key. If it leaks, or if it does not, then you can determine if the check valve is at fault.

    I noticed that you have a tank drain plug in front of the check valve assembly. I have a 2003 Ultra with only the quick-disconnect. Does anyone know when or why the difference ? It is handy to be able to remove the plug for draining instead of using a pump or siphon hose.

      Hi, thank you for watching my video. For the clamp I broke it. For the hose I cut it with razor blade. To make it easy in removing.

    On the male end there is a oring mine wast rotting do you know the size of that o-ring thanks nice video

    almost certainly the problem is the o ring in the check valve i havew replaced several of them in my owrk I charge $30 to do it

    Its good that you are wearing a facemask , the killervirus might be in that tank !
