This video series will teach you what to watch for in regards to plagiocephaly and torticollis, provide tips on how to start correcting the flat area using counterpressure, and offer suggestions on how to make tummy time easier.     Chapter 3 in this series will teach you how to use counterpressure during awake time to correct the flat area on your baby's head. These strategies can also be used to help prevent a flat area.
