I found YBC because of ridiculous sacro-iliac joint pain. Yoga has helped to strengthen core and stretch hams and hips. But this just took it to a new level! This was the missing link! Question though: I noticed doing this disengages the pelvic floor. Any concerns there?
Yeah so I've subsequently learned about a new core bracing method I prefer: instagram.com/p/CKZSrAan8qG/ This method includes the pelvic floor lift and is easier to keep engaged.
