JuJu Bee - Midge or pupa - McFly Angler fly tying tutorial

This fly was created by Charlie Craven ‪@CharliesFlyBox‬ to fish the South Platte River. It's a very thin fly that works great for western tailwaters where the fish are targeting small midges or mayfly pupa. I am not the best at tying this pattern but at least you can get the idea of how to tie it. Charlie made a video on this pattern that is probably a bit better. You might want to see that one also if you want some good tips on making this fly.

Nice fly. Yes it’s a Craven Fly. I hope you get a chance to go watch Charlie tie it. He is truly one of the masters of the arts of both design and tying. His work with John Barr of the Copper John is truly professional.
