I still have a ryzen 3 2200g running in one of my secondary boxes, still impressed how much of a long life it has. I put in a RTX 3060 and it rocks. Can play most games fine without flinching.
Yeah man! And most people don't take into account the performance per watt. There's a lot to be said for running a machine that uses the bear minimum power consumption and how much performance you can get for it. I want a 5600g to play around with but I can't justify buying one because I already have a 3200g from that little ITX build I did early on in my channel and the performance difference wouldn't be that much. Good CPUs with decent enough integrated graphics are probably the best bang for the bucket gaming performance you can get outside of the used market.
I've had mine shelved in dormant as it's been replaced by a 3600 & gtx1650-lp for a few years now. Although I just purchased parts for an eco build to bring this gem back to life and I'm excited. Only a B450 mobo, 16gb ram, and a really tiny mAtx case (can fit no more than 10 x 8in mobos) w/300 psu all new for about $130! That's like 2 full tanks of gas for my car lol
Excellent follow-up on this APU. I purchased one when they came out and it has been a solid performer. I have not overclocked it yet, so I will have to try that next. Thank you!
It's actually a HUGE performance difference that you get from the OC. My 3000g was the same. Like 50%-75% more FPS. And I haven't burned my house down yet somehow!
Yeah you definitely need to keep an eye out for good deals. I saw this one pop up on my Facebook marketplace, and it had been up for weeks, I just didn't see it before. I found lots of good deals by checking my local marketplace sites every day.
You can play everything from 2013 to the bottom at maximum and still play 2014 and over in HD in medium or minimum. Make sure you have 16 gb ram for (2014-present)
I built my PC 2018 with Ryzen 3 2200g + RX 580 s + RAM 8 GB and is hooked to our living room tv and is used us a tvbox to watch movies, RUclips, and anime 😅
Hi dude, I just bought an hp elitedesk 705 g4 ryzen 5 2400ge for £135 in UK for this very purpose. Energy prices have tripled in the last few years so I was looking for a low power option mini pc. This guy has a maximum power draw of 35 watts. Perfect for my old titles and getting stuff done.
The 3200g is awesome. That's what I have in my little ITX Mini PC that I built early on in my channel. The 5600g looks like a good value but I don't think the performance justifies an upgrade cuz the 3200g still does the job for me 😄
Nah. Technically you can, but the performance isn't going to be great. In my tests I couldn't record on the same machine that I was gaming on. I haven't tested a more powerful apu though, it could be that a 5600 g or a 5700g could handle that okay, but definitely not on the 2200g, 3200g, or 3000g, those are what I've tested and I can confirm that encoding while gaming isn't going to work very well.
Fake voice inside of a fake voice? damn it! I wanted to force you to have a free discord (as it is a link to your fans that works best the more users it has, (and I'd like to show you some ideas that I have for the show but that's just me)), but I'm gonna resubscribe for that alone. I hope amd stop milking vega and give us some new apus already 😭 i miss those times when this apu kinda killed gpus like gt 1030 now waiting for an apu that will kill rx 6400
Im spoiled by the 1080p experience back then when i had 720p display i was feeling good with my 3200g i seriously thinking of getting t600 what do you say man ? wait for price drops or go with t600
That's a hard call to make. Yeah the prices might drop, but the price on the t600 will probably drop at the same time too. I still think the t600 will offer the best bang for the buck performance but it really depends on what the rest of the market is doing.
The 3200g has slightly better performance, but the 4350g uses less power (and therefore runs cooler), so that's probably the one I'd choose but if you prefer horsepower over cooler temps then go for the 3200g.
Great video man idk theres something that your game benchmarks just click Btw my siblings is thinking of buying a laptop with ryzen 3 5300u,how will it perform
Thanks bud! I have an older video where I show off my laptop with the Ryzen 5 4500u. I expect you'd get similar gaming performance depending on the ram of the system. ruclips.net/video/PTyz1sYQL50/видео.html It gets the job done. Expect to run modern games at 720p, low settings, maybe even with res scale, but they run well enough, and less demanding games won't be an issue.
6:29 Of course dude everyone should be able to play the games that they want to play and being restricted by someone from playing the games that you actually want to play is fucking bullshit!
Hmmm. Maybe something to do with your mobo. Are you on B series board? Ryzen master is just a windows GUI that changes the bios settings, you can manually adjust all the same stuff in your bios.
I'm still using this chip but for some reason when I try to overclock it with not so crazy values, the moment I reboot my computer I get the CPU debug LED turned on and no post. Backthen I only had 8 gigs (single channel) of ram and a 450watt psu powering the system. The workaround to get it to post again is to prettymuch reseed the chip. Of course I now have a dedicated GPU and a 650watt psu to power the system but still the same cpu. Kinda wanna try it again just to see if I still face this issue.
