seriously lee and sam... this is incredible for me because of my limited income. I NEED the poor man's workout. Lee give us a tutorial cuz this is wut i need. Love u guys. Thanx
Thanks man👍 Started running during lockdown and feel alot better than I did. Had to make my own multi gym because gyms were shut. Made plates out of concrete and they work. Bought a scaffold bar for £10. Actually enjoyed training from home now. From the UK🇬🇧
love the man. he is rare kind among bodybuilders to have inteligent sensitive face, humble but focused look in the eyes. and somewhat artistic soul must he be.
I love this guy, I have heard of him but I never knew who he was as a person but he is really inspirational and many people who believe you need a gym or a lot of money can learn from this. His personality and just the way he talks is so special and he seems like such a gentle soul. May god bless him and his family and I hope he has a very long and healthy life
Another great video! I know alot of the exercises already but you guys have taught me alot of variations I've never seen before and played a big roll in allowing me to keep shocking the muscle into new growth and not get bored of the exercises. Over lock down I made alot of sacrifices to scrape the money together to build a gym at home gave up my bedroom binned my bed and bought futon to sleep on in my living room I've been more focused than ever before gained 2stone since 2019 and I can still see my I Abbs you guys have played a part in that journey and I am realy greatfull for all the content you put out big thank you to you guys!
I am always absolutely fascinated just watching someone who knows their craft from years of experience... In any field... Some of these exercises would never have occurred to me but you can see how well they would work.
I built my own pull up/dip/squat rack and had a old bench, bar and plates over lockdown, in the best shape of my life and can’t see me going back to a gym as it’s all I need!
Nice one lee. Love this mentality. When gym is busy i just grab a machine and a set dumbells and superset and cluster set. Get great workouts. Its high intensity! No mirrors & tank tops required 🤣
I use to lift heavy. Since NJ was locked down I changed from heavy weights till bodyweight with a deck of cards. Did the deck 2 times in the morning and at night. I felt more sore then lifting heavy
best investment i made during lockdown was a adjustable bench with the bar rack attached to it& 300lbs. was under 300$ total at academy (i had to fight a crowd for it) bench, shoulder press, rows, curls, skull rushers on the ground, turn around the hooks do squats literally full body.
I got great gains just switching to bodyweight and bands. Now I have a power cage and am using weights again. And I am making new gains again because I am no longer use to free weights. Both are great. So now what I do is 1 year of bodyweight only training and then 1 year back to weights. I notice that the new stimulus is like a novelty effect and causes more muscle growth.
This is great and as far as body weight goes, there was this chap, I forget his name but he wrote a book about doing body weight exercises in solitary confinement called Convict Conditioning. Where there is a will there is a way.
Good to see bodybuilders who continue to work out after their glory days. For so many it was just a means to an end and after that they just lose all that hard earned muscle mass.
all I have now is an EZ and dumbbell bars with 80kg of iron. TRX has seen some solid action as well. Lack of rich gym options make you focus better on what you got.
Lee you are the man. Been a fan of yours since the 90's. Would love to see you do a video on resistance bands. I myself became so creative with them and with limited space I believe there hard to beat. I have 500 lbs of bands at my house. Thanks for the inspiration 💪💪
Those were the good old day's. The day's when we got a bench with a barbell and 2 dumbbells with around 50kgs of weights. Did everything with just that. From 13 to 16 with just that your whole body would change. You were a king if you had the leg extension/curls on your bench, the king.
when i was 20years old i used to train with a broom with 3 bottles of 2liter filled with water per side taped to the broom and use that to train and i would do alot of squats, lunges, pushups and pull ups and i had no fat and looked ripped ofcourse not big but i was dry like no other.
I have dumbbells, a barbell, and a pull-up bar. I had no loss of strength and even got better arms than before the lockdown, although I was able to train with less weight than in the gym. It doesn't take much for a successful training session.
That is it !!!You sold your program Lee ...During the lock down in Melbourne which was about 280 days...well since 22 months I drop weight from 118 kg to 99 kg I set 5 goals , trained twice a day 6 days a week and in fact I transformed myself nicely ..since I gained lean muscle and iam back at 105 kg ...Everything is possible and since the gyms re opened 5 weeks ago I only go back to the gym once a week for my quads , glutes and calves session....So many people give up as they thing they need so much equipment at home...You can do so much and progress as well and even with bodyweight ...I'm one of them who train at home and It's suit me very well...after 35 years my imagination is working wild....a mini Gold Gym at home ..No opening or closing time open 24/7 ..You can train in pyjama if you like no one will make any comment ..Where can I join you to organise some coaching? Does Sam's fitness could ask Lee Priest if he remember the gym Archer's Gym in Wooloonggabba?Cheers
Not gonna lie I made huge strength gains during lock down. over here in the states gyms were shut down for about 2 or 3 months, luckily i had a full gym at home but it made me focus solely on just lifting eating and recovery.
Through lockdown here in the UK I used dumbells and resistance bands not only did I make some gains i also continued to stick to my diet and lost weight walked back into the gym ready to go unlike some that ended up fat and losing what they'd worked for
Abs olutely, basics work with minimal equipment. Used 3 sets of dumbells 45/30/20s for all exercises except all bodyweight day. 4on 1off. W/0s were 90min including cardio very little rest between sets. All super and giant sets. Worked on super yacht and did this in the engine room. We had one of the SF 49ers regular guest on board and him and family were amazed at my development and were convinced I was using steroids. Had to convince them that I didn't and never have. It is a tremendous boost when your told that you look like you are.
It used to drive me nuts getting accused of taking gear..... it's kinda flattering at first but then it starts getting in ya nerves after a few years 🤣
I lent my dumbbells out and never got them back, what lee is doing here is what I have had to do for the last two years lol….. if I was dead serious at it i would of bought another set,but I’m not these days
This is how I used to workout. I had no interest in going to a gym. All u need is ezbar, dumbbells, small assortment of weights and a bench. Lee forgot u can do ur calves to, hold the dumbbells by ur side and simply push up with ur calves. U can throw some push-ups in the mix to or buy one of those cheap push-up platforms on eBay with the handles that slots into different spots.
I love how it seems like nobody is talking about how Lee looks like a straight Troll on these video icons...hilariously photoshopped!!! Just goes to show the man is truly humble with a great sense of humor.
😆 like oxygen Gym. Show up in Australia Lee won't let you leave.. Lee probably doesn't care training.. Now time for few buckets KFC .. You sure this is training Lee? 🤔
Appreciate the channel, Sam. You essentially give us unfettered access, to a legend. A legend of bodybuilding, and logic.
As if this wasn't Sam posting this. More like you get views using Lee whilst you hide behind the camera
@@randle9422 I'm flatterd. But I'm on the other side of the planet. In your tiny mind, do you really think Sam has to shill for his own company?
@@viktormichael821 don't be flattered it wasn't a complement.oh and I believe you Sam I mean mate every word 🤣
seriously lee and sam... this is incredible for me because of my limited income. I NEED the poor man's workout. Lee give us a tutorial cuz this is wut i need. Love u guys. Thanx
if you have got an bucket, like one of those 10l or 15l ones, fill it water or sand and put an brumhandle the for an bar
With a minimal equipment you train not only your muscles but also your creativity! ;)
Lee is 1of the most aesthetic bodybuilder of all times.and flex wheeler to😀💪👌
Best Chanel on here Sam with the best body builder on the planet 🙌🙌
This was me during lockdown, ezbar and high reps. where there is a will there is a way
Thanks man👍

Lee is fantastic thanks for sharing this !
love the man. he is rare kind among bodybuilders to have inteligent sensitive face, humble but focused look in the eyes. and somewhat artistic soul must he be.
Lee is so chill. And he is so practical. I love his attitude of just move weight and get your workout.
I love this guy, I have heard of him but I never knew who he was as a person but he is really inspirational and many people who believe you need a gym or a lot of money can learn from this. I didn't realize positioning can work different muscle groups. This is great for a new guy like myself

One aspect of incorporating bodyweight is that it helps your balance

13:33 Lockdown did wonders for my fitness, who knew that running away from the police every day for not staying home is good for endurance.
😂
Not gonna lie I made huge strength gains during lock down. over here in the states gyms were shut down for about 2 or 3 months, luckily i had a full gym at home but it made me focus solely on just lifting eating and recovery.
Adjustable bench and a set of powerblock dumbells. Takes you very little space and you can do so much.
Through lockdown here in the UK I used dumbells and resistance bands not only did I make some gains i also continued to stick to my diet and lost weight walked back into the gym ready to go unlike some that ended up fat and losing what they'd worked for

"Tremendous boost" what I read was tren boost
The Basic shit is all you need
Free weights are fun
what split did lee use when he was in his prime to gain his body?
I had 1 pair of 12kg dumbells and some stretch bands and managed to keep fit throughout the plandemic
Scamdemic mate. It's all nauseating bullshit and more lies.
How good is Lee Priest?
Big guy is still in great shape ....
Where's Matt? 9:05
Shit was funny lmao
Dear Sam please ask Lee about macro & Micro nutrient . Very Very confusing for young people .Please teach us on macro & micro nutrients please
🇧🇷🇧🇷💪🤘
got me a easy bar for 30$ at the store . i do everything with it
I lent my dumbbells out and never got them back, what lee is doing here is what I have had to do for the last two years lol….. if I was dead serious at it i would of bought another set,but I’m not these days

Perfect push up ,best 25 dollars ever spent for when i feel like body weight only ,the level of soreness next day trully speaks for itself ..
I just cancelled my gym membership and bought an ez curl bar.
What comes first? The EZ bar? Or shaving the chest? lol A question to ponder.
EZ bar... 💯... IMO
Wonder how lee reacts to the thumbnails 😂
I love how it seems like nobody is talking about how Lee looks like a straight Troll on these video icons...hilariously photoshopped!!! Just goes to show the man is truly humble with a great sense of humor.
Kick the kid's off....🤣
Gread video, thank you
Sometimes I forget about that you can just use plates to exercise
Very good! You forgot to mention that that was how the cavemen did it before gyms....🤪
my gym is push up on street
Nice gym! I don't have that much 😂
Well, like I said..
😆 like oxygen Gym. Show up in Australia Lee won't let you leave.. Lee probably doesn't care training.. Now time for few buckets KFC .. You sure this is training Lee? 🤔
