Okay, Lee is the best personal trainer I've ever watched on RUclips. 100%.
And this is really where he's at his best, not so much all the chattering on the other channels.
the king of arm
Instruction and advice from Lee.................priceless!
Fantastic video! Exactly what I needed to hear, and it was well-explained.
Glad it was helpful! Let us know how it works out for you!
these channels are the ones that should be in the millions, real information thats been tried and tested and not like the other copy cats, blessings and keep spreading the correct information for the new generations that really want to live this lifestyle.
For a bloke that doesn't train forearms his forearms are huge. Thanks for the tips Lee. Please keep them coming
Lee is a great person
Excellent tips from Lee Priest!!!
Fantastic lee great information to take on board
Great info. Cheers Lee 💪🏼
Awesome tips here as always! I really like the first one were youre doing the wrist curling. I'll be adding that in to my sessions as well as the plate one 💪
Great video showing and explaining what works..i have decent forearms, but i may step it up..at 64 i still enjoy trying new methods..thanks for sharing
Thanks Lee. I added in a few of the forearm exercises. I can already tell a differnce. Looking forward to more content.
Good video. I always find it amusing when people say, if you did such and such, like you mentioned for forearms they would be huge. They completely miss the point that bodybuilding for competition is about symmetry, if you have a naturally big body part, you would need to train other parts for symmetry, and less on the larger parts. Thanks for sharing Lee.
Can you guys see how huge his arms are in that shirt! Yeah, he’s got insane forearms. But my jaw dropped to ground, when seeing his arms! Incredible Bodybuilder!
Legendary development on forearms 🔥👹👹👹
My favourite video yet
Nice video Thanks Lee
One of the best
Another great video Mr Priest. I've been doing reverse grip spider curls recently with a 3 second pause at the top. Awesome exercise to pump up the forearm.
Awesome! Thank you!
such a legend
Thank you for your knowledge and video's USA 🇺🇸 💪🏾💪🏾
you are most strong bodybulder in the world ..lee prist sir you amazing
Fkn right thanks Lee!
MD had a forearm workout with Priest in the late 90’s. I used two movements from it. The hammer wrist swing (demonstrate at 7:30). The company Wentecy sold a forearm trainer (dumbbell with a plate lock on one end) last year on Amazon. It’s awesome. I also used behind the back barbell wrist curls with heavy weights. Even at 150-170lbs, I could/can curl 70-110lbs. I still use these two moves to this day.
While heavy lifting can be enough to build forearms without direct work, I have seen some lifters with big arms and very skinny forearms. Looks weird.
Lee, I love your subtle humor. You really are a cool guy. I'd love to hang out with ya even if you weren't famous. Thanks for staying cool and not letting things get to your head and turn you into a dick. Keep up the great videos! Love it!
Fantastic video.
Thank you very much!
I can barely move my wrists past parallel when I’m gripping the bar on wrist curls, but with a fat grip on it and my hand opened up wider I have so much more range of motion.
It's a good job I haven't got epilepsy because I'd have had a fit right there and then with all that stopping and starting. Good ideas in there though..
El es y sera el PUTO AMO
💪
*i usually workout my forearm with a video.*
Mas vídeos plis del gran lee Priest, saludos cordiales desde Chile
Son los mandamientos del culturismo 😊
Lee, I did this forearm workout and got too sore to tug the slug! Any advices?
👊
Been following you since you used to compete way back when…jus got a question. How often did you train arms? Bi’s and Tri’s…
Yea calves and forearms are tough to develop if ur really tall but not a problem for shorter compact guys
👌👊
Best arms ever....
Bruce lee did alot of these very same things for his forearms back in the day,had great forearms for his size.
💪😁🤙
actually i "invented" a one side weight bar, and in the other extreme i added a fat grip, then a rounded grip and it works wonders, but lately i found the chinese already has a nicer steel polished version of the same hahaha for the arm wrestlers, and also the mighty Bruce Lee also did a one sided weight bar to train forearms, so i invented nothing but i think is pure logic once you are into muscle training
Lee I like to do behind the back barbell wrist curls
Where did you get that shirt😮
I enjoy training forearms. Thought i was making good progress until about 10 minutes 30 seconds ago...
Rich Piana had to use synthol to get arms that look like Lee's lol.
Like I said
I choke the chicken 3 times a day... 🤣
Lee priest, Frank mcgath bad ass forearms.
Definitely!
The curl bar way and especially the bar and cord method where you wind it up .
Just watch you dont over do it especially early on. Dont give yourself tennis elbow Like I did . It takes a long time to go away
It seems forearms, calves, abs and traps are purely genetic. They're all composed of mainly slow twitch muscle fibres?
💪💪💪💪💪👍👍👍👍✊✊✊✊✊
Lee Freak 🤫
bro you have no1 arm of bodybuiding
Thank you!
