Good video. I always find it amusing when people say, if you did such and such, like you mentioned for forearms they would be huge. They completely miss the point that bodybuilding for competition is about symmetry, if you have a naturally big body part, you would need to train other parts for symmetry, and less on the larger parts. Thanks for sharing Lee.

MD had a forearm workout with Priest in the late 90’s. I used two movements from it. The hammer wrist swing (demonstrate at 7:30). The company Wentecy sold a forearm trainer (dumbbell with a plate lock on one end) last year on Amazon. It’s awesome. I also used behind the back barbell wrist curls with heavy weights. Even at 150-170lbs, I could/can curl 70-110lbs. I still use these two moves to this day.
While heavy lifting can be enough to build forearms without direct work, I have seen some lifters with big arms and very skinny forearms. Looks weird.

Lee, I love your subtle humor. You really are a cool guy. I'd love to hang out with ya even if you weren't famous. Thanks for staying cool and not letting things get to your head and turn you into a dick. Keep up the great videos! Love it!

I can barely move my wrists past parallel when I’m gripping the bar on wrist curls, but with a fat grip on it and my hand opened up wider I have so much more range of motion.

actually i "invented" a one side weight bar, and in the other extreme i added a fat grip, then a rounded grip and it works wonders, but lately i found the chinese already has a nicer steel polished version of the same hahaha for the arm wrestlers, and also the mighty Bruce Lee also did a one sided weight bar to train forearms, so i invented nothing but i think is pure logic once you are into muscle training

The curl bar way and especially the bar and cord method where you wind it up .
Just watch you dont over do it especially early on. Dont give yourself tennis elbow Like I did . It takes a long time to go away

It seems forearms, calves, abs and traps are purely genetic. They're all composed of mainly slow twitch muscle fibres?
