Wifey got me the game for my upcoming Birthday…after I suggested it to her after watching your videos. I cannot play it till August 31st (my Birthday), but I did open the box and sleeved the cards. After the cards were sleeved, I had to chuck the white insert, and I’m cutting cardboard and using a hot glue gun to make new inserts for the now sleeved cards. Your setup video helps me get primed for the game, before diving into the horrendous rulebook. (Based on every review I’ve read). Love watching your setup and play through videos. Hey, where are you from? I believe I heard you say somewhere that English was not your first language. Keep up the good work. I enjoy your passion, and we seem to have very similar likes in board games.
How'd you end up enjoying the game? Really happy my videos have helped you get into the game easier! I'm actually from South Carolina and (bad) English is my native language :-) Thanks for the kind words and the support!
@@BoredOnlineBoardOffline It’s an awesome game. Super enjoy it once I got the steepish learning curve down pat. Weird story, but I am naturally progressing to solo TTRPG games as well. So far I’ve played “Thousand Year Old Vampire” and “Ironsworn: Spaceforged”. Super fun and incredible games. I’ve also gotten “Apocalypse World,” “You Died,” and “Hostile Solo”. But I have not played them yet.
I’ve never tried a solo rpg, or any other tabletop rpg for that matter. I’ve always thought it would be great to get into one. Any recommendations for a first timer?
@@BoredOnlineBoardOffline Brother, I am a first-timer. Thousand Year Old Vampire was my very first one. I downloaded it free, and played the short version twice. I loved it so much, that I just recently purchased the book to play the longer version. (It arrived this week). Ironsworn: Starforged is another incredible solo-player game. If you like fantasy, just get the original “Ironsworn”. If you like space and aliens, get “Ironsworn: Spaceforged”. Basically the exact same game. But one is a fantasy setting, and the other a space setting. These are stupid easy games to learn and play, and you can totally go at your own pace…and complexity. It is where D&D type games are now progressing towards. Not so strict and rules oriented. But flexible, and you write your own stuff if you want to. Highly recommended! It is EXACTLY where I’ve always wanted my deep immersive-themed board games to lead me. Love “Dawn of the Zeds” in solo mode. And that board game gets close to a TTRPG…but nowhere as deeply themed as your own mind can take you. Try one. By the way, I’m a 100% solo player…and I LOVE “Dawn of the Zeds”. “Nemesis: Lockdown” as well.
It’ll be uploaded today! Made a few rules errors while playing but I think I caught most of them during the edit and point them out. Thanks for watching, Matt!
Ohhh yeah, been looking forward to this
Almost done filming part 2!

Here is a decent overview.

Been saying Warfighter would be perfect for a Cyberpunk heist theme for awhile.
Hopefully their "near future" one is just that.
That would be very very cool!
@@flussburrito3755 - I meant cyberpunk as a genre, not Cyberpunk the RPG setting. All good though. Whatever works as long as it hits the genre.
Whew, had me worried there for a second that you had forgotten the black ammo. Can’t be leaving that behind!
FACT!
Looking forward to the playthrough. I recently bought this game and I am really confused and the rulebook leaves alot to be desired.

Is that "Going Small" mission in the base game?
Yeah everything you see here is the base game. Thanks for watching, BaronKewil!
