If you are going to freeze them, I would recommend freezing them for at least 72 hours, since doing so will kill unwanted bacteria/parasites in any type of worm or live food that you are considering giving to your fish.

This video was not that helpful, firstly there is no indication of where the worms came from in the first place and secondly, watching someone spoon worms into a tank or plastic bag is like watching grass grow or paint dry.
