- In this video, Dr. Irfan Ahmed, A consultant Orthopaedic and sports physiotherapist will discuss Shoulder Impingement, one of the most common causes of shoulder pain in detail. He will explain what is shoulder impingement, rotator cuff tendinitis, its causes, treatment at home, best physiotherapy treatment options available & Orthopaedic treatment options. Shoulder Impingement develops due to friction of acromion bone with rotator cuff tendinitis. There is a space between acromion bone and rotator cuff muscles, if space reduces to some reason, Shoulder Impingement develops. Causes of Shoulder Impingement are rotator cuff muscle weakness, bad posture, pect minor muscle tightness, acromial bone abnormality, and bony spur formation normally seen in above 50 years. Shoulder Impingement treatment includes active rest, ice, isometric rotator cuff exercises, pectoralis minor stretches, good posture habits & rotator cuff muscle strengthening exercises with an elastic band. Aoa i can move my shoulder with no pain but suddenly several time vibration start in my left shoulder specially when i goes on bed for sleep as soon as i kept my head on pillow then soon after i chang my position then it stop some time while i am sitting vibration start need advise plz

@@UK-bt7do Thank you so much but my body weight is 58kgs which is accurate as per my age. My TB medication is complete around one year ago and still pain is in right shoulder and in tailbone for which I am taking homeopathy medicine and taking good care of my diet. Cholestrol is also fine. I also don't trust in allopathy medicine. Thanks for your advice once again☺

बहुत अच्छी जानकारी दी है आपनेआपका बहुतबहुत धन्यवाद मुझे ६-७ महीनों से शोल्डर पेन हो रहा है मेरी बाजू और शोल्डर कप में भारीपन महसूस होता है रात के समय कोहनी और हाथों की उंगली तक अंदर ही अंदर देर तक दर्द होते रहता है कंधे के ऊपर का हड्डी में भी सूजन रहती है बाए कंधे में तकलीफ ज्यादा है और अब दाए कंधे में भी हल्की सी तकलीफ महसूस हो रही है covvaccine लेने के ४-५ महीने के बाद से हाथ उपर और पीछे में बाजू में समांतर करने में taklif हो रही हैं गर्दन अकडन होती हैं pls Dr साहब कोई उपाय बताइए🙏🙏🙏

I am 73 years old, I fell down on 10th April injuring my shoulder. The X-ray report on 17th May is good and okay. I started physiotherapy from 17th. I felt that your video session is almost similar and your process is rather more logical. I have already taken 6 sessions and may take 2 or 3 more. The condition is improving, but slowly. As I shall go back to my native place Bhubaneswar, should I continue with these exercises? Will you advise me in this regard?
