We can’t stop eating it 😂 Let us know how you do!
I made the baked beans you did in your last video (so awesome) so I will definitely be trying your bacon recipe! Just need to invest in a food slicer, otherwise my bacon will be wonky cut! lol
We are looking forward to hearing back about your bacon! We bought our food slicer on Amazon at a reasonable price! We have more smoking videos on the horizon!
@@KDFamilyRecipes I finally got myself a food slicer, bought it at a garage sale. I followed your video step by step and made the most AMAZING BACON I have ever tasted!!! Now every time I see bacon in the grocery store I know that I can make it way better myself thanks to your great video! Keep them coming! Thanks you guys!
@@RedDawnWolvie Awesome, we love it so much too! Glad you are enjoying it as much as we do ❤
Will the meat be okay without smoking?
Hello! That's a great question. The curing process helps preserve the meat to lengthen shelf life and prevent the meat from going bad. The smoking process adds flavor. After the meat is cured you can slice it up and cook it just like regular bacon. Thanks for watching the video and we hope you try this recipe and enjoy your bacon!
