No burping the system or anything, years ago i overheated a jeep cause i didnt burp the system.

No I did not burp the system, but I knew I was going to do several short trips where as soon as the thermostat opens...I would go home and park it. The next day I would add some coolant. It would be hard for me to even trust a dealership to perform a text book "burp".

I have 2018 ram 6.7 Cummings I’m at 48 k miles the coolant light is on but I refilled it and it’s still on ! It was sitting for a while without moving should I just change the whole coolant?

You could just drain and refill....but, it would bug me on the level. You may have a bad level sensor. There shouldn't be any code set on coolant level. OTOH I'm not sure about 2018 models. My reservoir level stays right at the split seam where the upper and lower is plastic welded together.
Also, you could hook up a cheap code reader and see if it did trigger one.
      Good luck!

So ms90032 replaces the old ms12106 so correct me if I’m wrong that means i could top off my radiator or reservoir with the 90032 even though i have the 12106 on the radiator

      That is correct.

Just curious, why would you not use a vacuum to be sure to get out all air and this would get you all the required coolant back into the system.

I wasn't going to drain and refill then leave for an extended trip. I knew I could warm it up on a short drive....come back and do it again the next day.
The vacuum sounds like a good idea!
      Thanks!

    Why change coolant so early?

It's not that early, also better early than late!

In my case. My pos ram has check engine lights coming on frequently since I bought it new. Turbo actuator is bad and I have to drain the system to replace that part. Yay fun times. Never buying a dodge again!
