Beautiful bike! Those tyres need replacing as they're heavy and not great for off road riding. I had the same tyres on the GT Tequesta I bought last year, but now replaced with a set of 90's Panaracer Smoke II tyres.

I believe that they are aluminum lugs, 531 main tubes and 653 rear.

Ha ha, thanks and that's the plan 2030 latest! Sadly my 2 weeks paternity finished a few days ago, all back to normal now.
