      Im SPEECHLESS! so I have been off and on studying for my test and THIS YOUNG man has this 48 year old Empty Nester READY! My daughter was in a drug induced Coma and I have a personal story on why I was wanting to get in the field. This Hospital wanted my daughter to leave! with a tube and hooked up to every machine! They said take her to Parkland in Dallas! She was 100 pounds, but lifeless, was brain dead and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy!!!! I can't wait to learn from your Son in Love...;) I WISHED I had a good Son in Love ;)))

    Awesome! Great video.I am in NC and are 38 and began 1 year ago as a broker. I do all of these things he mentioned and have 15 years sales experience beforehand. I have a few secrets up my sleeve too not mentioned. I gained 150 new clients during my first full time aep 2023 without calling anyone .....but also while I also delivered my 3rd baby August 22, 2023. It was really hard, but I did it. I love this industry.

    All great tips. I'm in Philadelphia, a highly competitive market, like he mentioned about NJ.
    Knocking on the door to 400 clients, and hope to be at 500-525 by January 1.
    I love this business, and I highly recommend it to someone who truly enjoys helping people from all backgrounds.

      @@MedicareMillennials Maybe a future video.. Would love to know- What is the best resources (books, websites, etc) or How best to Learn which plans to offer specific to clients pain points. Like Kevin said knowing 4-5 plans & when he hears a client say 'xyz' it triggers in his mind which plan to recommend. What seems like common knowledge to you both (for example- Knowing to ask social security income & if it's below a threshold, then offer LIS) yet not so common that many agents don't do this.. So what are methods & how best can agent's ingrain their knowledge to be automatic in order to best help the prospect?

    Bro that piece about LIS reminded me of how I was when I first got in the industry. I had no idea why it was so easy to write business even though I was surrounded by seasoned agents. I was literally like the only agent in my county doing the LIS and the Medicaid application lol!! I know he's a beast because alot of agents are lazy in reference to that because they try to either sale based on a 0 dollar premium or they're just trying Supplements.

      @@MedicareMillennials Yeah bro it was so funny cause when I started I bought Lead orders in low to middle income areas. I wouldn't talk about product until closing the first 20 minutes we're about income verification and what that may qualify them for. It was like taking candy from a baby when I got them qualified and they saw their drugs drop from 100 to $3.50. it was ridiculously easy for them to not like their agent even though I didn't say anything negative about the previous agent 😆.

    Brand new agent here, haven't started selling yet. Really really appreciate this video. I was curious, how often is he setting up tables at local grocery stores and what is the process of setting that up, and getting everything approved like? How does he approach those stores initially in order to set up at those locations?

    • @MedicareMillennials
      @MedicareMillennials  Год назад +3

      To get into stores such as Kroger/CVS/Walgreens, your usually going to go through your FMO or you Regional Carrier Reps. For events at food pantries, senior centers, senior living, etc, you will make relationships with property managers/event coordinators

    How to do you guys order cards and service patients without having to have them on the line with you when you call the health plan?

    • @MedicareMillennials
      @MedicareMillennials  2 года назад

      Excellent question! Carriers certainly are making it more difficult for us as the service agents to actually do anything for that client. Some carriers are relaxed but most aren’t. Usually we tell the clients to be by their phone while we dial in and go through the prompts and once we get a hold of someone we will 3 way them in.

    Im going to point it out because I am not sure anyone else caught it... but at 723 clients, he should be producing a lot more than $10,000/month.
    He should be at the minimum $14,500 per month... assuming he is on a very low contract...
    Hell, he should be closer to almost $20k a month with that amount of clients.
    I wonder why his massive amount of clients is yielding $10k or how he got that number..

    How do you handle looking up their prescriptions and drs over the phone? Seems like it could be painful for us and them, where they have to gather up each medication and spell part of it for us and a lot of long silences.

    • @MedicareMillennials
      @MedicareMillennials  2 года назад

      That’s probably the hardest thing about telesales is verifying medications. Docs we usually just google and can find if they can get close. You just have to take it slow on the medications or you can have them send a picture of their list to you
