What size bleed for 32mm button badges please? Also, I'd love some validation of my purchase, is 32mm a good button badge size (does it look fashionable?)? Thanks,
Hey this is the best tutorial I've seen so far! However, I am very confused with the last step of setting the format option dimensions. I am trying to print images for a 1.25" pinback button. So what width x height dimensions would I have to type in to achieve that size? I tried printing them but it didn't work as the button images are bigger than a 1.25 pin. I would deeply appreciate your help. Thank you!
for 1.25" (32mm) diameter badge, you should start the design with canvas size 1.73" (44mm). The dash circle should be sized to 1.25". In the video, the dimension used is for 2.28" (58mm) badge. Hope this helps you. You will be able to lay more of your design in a Letter size paper for printing. In the video, is A4 paper and we can only lay 8 of 58mm design.
oh thank you so much for uploading this, i love using canva since it makes my work easier. now i can make buttons too with it. thank you.

I wonder if I can use this for a 1.75 badge? I'm not even sure what mm that is lol I'm just learning how to do this. Thanks for this video!
1.75" badge is 44mm diameter. Your base size should be 54 x 54mm instead of 70 x 70mm as shown in video
Thank you 😊
really thank you very wonderful video, could u plz share bleeds for 25 mm badge thank you
We bleed to 35mm for our machine. You could measure the mylar (transparency) that comes with the material to check the size for your machine.
This is such a great idea! Thank you 😀
What app can I use on my android to change the image dimension?
Thanks it helped me a lot ☺
You are most welcome

You can measure the cutting size from either the mould or the mylar sheet (transparency) that comes with the materials.
How did you do the last part? adding the badge like that. I'm trying to create a picture with a badge without actually making it.

What size bleed fir 25mm buttons the site doesn't have it
Bleed to 35mm for 25mm buttons. You can measure the size of the mylar (transparent) sheet to get the size too.
Could you show us how to create a mock up of our badges to save having to make every one please?

Hello i know this is late but how about 55mm badge size?
You can measure the size of the mylar (transparency) sheet to get the cutting size. My guess is 65mm. So set this size in canva accordingly
