These are not logos but illustrations. It doesn’t take a designer to make them, yet it also doesn’t take one to see how it’s unscalable mess with little to no use outside one specific medium at one specific size.
But the problem is you can't use bing created images for commercial use. I asked this question on Microsoft support and got the same answer. You can just use it for personal use of ideas but copywrite remains with Bing. And if you want your own image you'll have to use dall e 3.

The ones I generated looked horrible. Is there any other tool even paid(with free preview) that we actually create a logo like say 2 globes with a hand joining them.

IN Canva, you can clip the image instead of placing a rectangle on it.
Then you need to remove the background or change the color of the background bcz background is not a solid color
