  • NUTRITIOUS PROTEIN RICH CHILI RECIPE is a vegetarian version of chili I wanted to share with you. IT IS DELICIOUS. To save you some time, please cut and get all your ingredients ready first and then proceed to cook your chili. I use a spoon of chili in this recipe but please feel free to use more spice if you wish. I can't wait for you to try this recipe and let me know what you think. Have fun!
    INGREDIENTS
    3 Cups cubed butternut squash
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive Oil
    2 Red bell peppers
    Fine Sea salt
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1-2 bay leaves
    2-3 can black beans
    1 can diced tomatoes, with liquid
    2 cups vegetable broth
