I just got the software, can’t figure out how to get the click on and haven’t found a video to help. Do you know or can you show how? Thanks!

I can certainly put a video together for that! The easiest way to turn on and off the click is hit the “C” key.. there’s a small icon at the bottom of Studio One that looks like a metronome. You can either click that or right click to make more changes. The volume of your click can be adjusted with a fader that’s somewhat hidden. Look just above your Main fader for an icon with an up arrow and a down arrow.. click and drag to adjust the overall volume of the click.
Sorry if that’s confusing in text, but I’ll have a video out asap on the click 🧐

There’s a 🔧 wrench icon next to the metronome. Click that and make adjustments to the Accent, and Beat faders so they are further to the right (louder)
If you’re still not hearing any click, you might have some audio in/out routing issues.. drag and drop some music into a track and make sure you can hear the audio playing in your speakers or headphones.
Might have to get on a chat with Presonus for your specific situation. Hopefully it’s an easy fix! 🙏
