I also use Reset Windows Position. That's great if you move a plug-in GUI around the screen and you want to get it back to where it was located when you first opened it. Also I use F11 to open/close the plug-in GUI
You can select multiple tracks from either the track headers, or the mixer channels, and create a temporary group to arm them all! This is a great idea for a quick S1 Tips video! stay tuned and make sure you're subscribed!
what is the shortcut to move the playhead forward or backward without dragging it with the mouse or having to click all the way up to move from place to place?
Point of shortcuts are to be short… not for me to take my hand off the mouse. Takes just as long to look down at your keyboard. Studio one has always had horrible shortcuts.
Here's another. Play Selected Range. This is perfect for playing an event from start to it's end. Select the event, hit the keyboard shortcut and it will play from the start of the event to the event end. No lining up with the mouse needed
Here's a good one. Paste at Origin. If you want to copy or cut an event and paste it on another track but you want to keep the event at the exact same start spot then Paste at Origin is perfect for ensuring it's exactly where it should be
Awesome video! Quick question… is there a way to create a keyboard shortcut to “start recording?”
Thank you, Tim.
You are very welcome

+ and - on number pad, during playback. Not sure if this works when not in playback… I am new to Studio One.
Great job on that topic as always Tim! Bravo
Thanks again!
