The best tofu: chop your smoked tofu in to tiny pieces, then marinate in oil, soy sauce and smoked paprika. You can leave it in marinade overnight. Then put your tofu on baking tray (i highly recommend to put a baking paper on the baking tray first) and bake on cca 180°C till crispy (which is about 30min. i guess). Done! It’s the best tofu, you should really try.❤️

Hey Vincent! can you try the banana broccoli salad recipe? Sounds disgusting but it's my favorite and whoever tries it loves it. It's very simple You cut the broccoli and the banana and then you make the sauce for the sauce you need light mayonnaise, honey, some mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix and done.
If you substitute the gross kale for delicate baby spinach leaves, all your healthy green mixtures can taste a lot less like grass abd more like food 😋

So a purely green lifestyle to me isn't necessary. I was able to lose weight and build muscles just by controlling my calories overall, no matter what exactly I ate.
Protein needs in humans is super easy to hit, Human breastmilk contains very little protein compared to cows milk for a reason; protein obsession is kind of ignorant to actual human nutrition requirements and based off fitness industry nonsense. If youre not a bodybuilder (aesthic muscle building) theres literally no point to obsess when youre eating whole foods all day
