A more simple version of the breakfast is what I usually eat in the morning. Just mash a banana, add oats, some chocolate or brownie flavored protein powder and oat milk. Mix together and put it in the microwave (I put it in for one minute, stir once and add another 30 seconds). If it's too dry, just add more oat milk next time.
This recepies are so time consuming, it's not necessary to cook that much to be healthy. I'm vegan and I'm the queen of one pot meal. Nutritious, tasty, easy-making meals. I use a lot the mini blender to create sauce with veggies and legumes, with some pasta or rice. I'm also Italian, I love my pasta 😂
