Yup it happens. You can just open a support ticket later (I think I mention that in the video)

what business type did you choose and why?
How do you cover/get rid of prices that are already printed (not labels) on pastry/cake boxes for example? I wouldn't want it to say $2 on it when they paid $14 on Amazon. That would upset the customer when they receive it. Thank you for all the valuable information.

It doesn't.
Basically nothing works with the free individual account. Getting a pro account is sort of step one for anyone who's actually trying to make this a business.
I've gotten conflicting information from watching so many Amazon for beginners videos.

I just started my pro seller account as a sole proprietor and wanted to start retail arbitrage. But another channel I watched stated that I wouldn't be able to do that without risking being shut down by Amazon because as a new seller, AZ would not trust that I'm not selling fakes, and would ask for invoices. Is this true? Can I not start off doing RA? 😫
The problem comes from 1) People talking in absolutes when there is a lot of grey area... and 2) Beginners misinterpreting things as absolutes. 3) Some content creators ONLY discuss their own method of selling and try to convince you that all the other ways are wrong. Arbitrage (RA and OA), Wholesale, and Private label are all equally viable business models. While I personally do mostly arbitrage, the others are fine for those who have a lot more money to throw at this.
- Can you start this as a sole prop? Yes... almost everyone does.
- Can Amazon ask anyone at any time for proof of authenticity (receipts/invoices) yes... and you should save those in case they are ever asked of you.
