Hey Nate, you are awesome! Can you direct some of us who are clueless and start testing the waters and trying to sell on weather we should sign up a a sole proprietor, LLC, S Corp etc..? do we sort and do all of this prior to signing up on seller central or should we just kickstart with sole proprietor and our individual names and then make the changes once we understand the differences?

Ummm...when you start writing your plan of action, and you have to identify and acknowledge the issue that caused the complaint, what exactly would that issue be? Would it be different for everyone, or is that usually the same issue for everyone?

For the most part. We have on very rare occasion heard of Amazon asking for proof of purchase for used goods like video game systems and things, but for the most part that's a risk that's so small, I don't really consider it. You could sell a billions dollars of used books and never once get asked for anything.
